My girl moved here approximately 2 months ago She had a clog in her pipes to where her sink wasn't draining so they fixed it but the hole in the wall is left wide open, the drain in the bathroom is super slow The maintenance man who came said he had the wrong snake but he never came back, There's termites all over the place, Not to mention the public areas where you walk at have powder and trash and dirt all over the place also with shopping carts full of trash in them on each floor. Bianca has horrible customer service skills! With everything going on in the world right now, her attitude while speaking with a potential buyer for this complex is disturbing and honestly disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to speak with Bianca while seeking interest for an apartment. If there are other individuals to speak with that value customer service skills and value their jobs, that is who potential seekers should speak too. I highly recommend Bianca go through a retraining course on how to speak to people, especially during this pandemic.

Absolutely horribly. Infested with cockroaches. Washing machines filled with so much bleach they ruined my clothes even brand new clothes thanks. Water leaks, caving in ceilings, rusty water come out some times, never taken care of, rude staff and terrible management. If you ever think of moving here don't unless you want cockroaches and bleach stained clothes.

I’ve lived here for two and half years. They do anything to make the building safe clean or livable. My current apartment has electrical problems and it’s scary. They won’t do anything or answer any phone calls. They let the trash build up and the smell of urine in all hallways. Don’t move here it’s a waste of time.

Been here for a month and don’t feel comfortable AT ALL looked up a lot of things I didn’t find pleasing at all. The news, current residents, and I even have called the county office for Richmond and they said nothing but bad things about this place and assured me everything I heard was true. We haven’t been comfortable since move in day and already thinking about moving out as soon as we can. Literally disappointed.

I have been living here for 10 months and I am breaking my lease within ASAP. First off, they tried to give my an apartment with dead roaches all over. They carpet was dirty. I asked for a new one and they gave me a new one. Second, which ever one of my neighbors have roaches and bed bugs to where it’s roaches and bedbugs all over my apartment two weeks after I moved in, I had to throw away a queen size bed I had for 7 years. Never had a problem with bugs until I moved here. Bought another set of furniture HAD TO THROW IT OUT AGAIN. I have a toddler. Have to throw all of her toys and bed away

I do not feel comfortable in my own home at all! there's been several occasions where someone has been outside of my window watching me sleep! i constantly complain about the neighbors and no one has yet to take care of it! Maintenance is terrible also! I would NOT EVER recommend anyone to stay here

I didn't get a place here but the staff was very warm and welcoming. The ladies there listened to all of my needs. The apartments were very nice and spacious, although a little out of my price range. She even gave me some information to a place closer to my price point. She really didn't have to do that but I am very thankful.

I will never recommend these apartments. I am a current renter and I will be moving out before my lease is up. Roaches EVERYWHERE. I have a toddler who will literally try to play with a roach crawling on the carpet. No matter how much cleaning i do, roach spray i use, bleach i use, they are always crawling. I see them in the hallways! These apartments are not what they used to be. Building E is where i live. I am pregnant with my second due in april lease is up in May. I WILL BE MOVING OUT IN MARCH REFUSE TO BRING A NEWBORN INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Tub wont stop leaking sinks are clogged up bed

RENTERS BEWARE --- As I'm writing this review, there is a thunderstorm going on and water is pouring in to my closed living room windows which I'm drying with bath towels. I've rented here for two years and it's the worst place I've ever lived. You really do get what you pay for. There are normally odors in the hallways and the elevator is scary. Other residents constantly leave full garbage bags of trash in the stairwells or even in the hallways! Even though there are groundskeepers, there's still always tons of trash from residents all over the grounds. I live on
