The Qi Li Acupuncture and Acupressure Center offers a broad range of herbal treatments. These treatments can be used to treat or prevent diseases, or even for cosmetic reasons. If you have a chronic ailment or complaint, or if you would simply like more beautiful skin or hair, please be sure to let your doctor know.
We stock a complete selection of Chinese herbs and our doctors know excellent ways to use them. Acupuncture is a 5,000 year-old Chinese treatment. In modern acupuncture therapy, sterilized, micro-thin needles are inserted into the body to regulate qi. The traditional explanation for how acupuncture works relies on the traditional Chinese explanation of what causes diseases.

Flashback to five years ago: I'm pregnant and overdue. Tried a lot of at-home remedies to get the baby to be born before the doctors want a c-section. Came here for acupuncture I think three times to help get baby into the right position, etc. She came just in time and I didn't need any interventions! She's growing up happy and healthy. Now five years later my back is killing me and I knew to come here right away. It's helping already. Thank you!

Have been coming here for three years and both the acupuncturists and message therapists are top notch. My mother in law is an acupuncturist in NJ and owns her own clinic with massage therapists as well and I will say that Qi Li is right up there with her center. I am always treated holistically and appreciate the calm and steady needling that is truly so relaxing. I also am always amazed with the coordination between the acupuncturist and massage therapist, as they communicate with one another based on what I need. Rita and Kiki are also phenomenal massage therapists and I always leave feeling

I used to live in close proximity to Qi Li Acupuncture, and I've received both their massages and acupuncture to help me with my frequent neck and back pains. Every time I come here, I always receive the best treatment and it helps tremendously. My first time receiving acupuncture was a little nerve-wracking as I used to be a lot more nervous around needles but the staff is so kind and understanding which makes the process run smoothly. Every time I go, I can honestly say that I feel 10x times better than when I came in. At the moment I'm trying to stay safe due to the pandemic but once

Today was my first time getting acupuncture. I went in for lower back pain. Nice office and it was a very comfortable experience. Almost like a spa. They take your temp when you walk in and everyone wears a mask. I already feel relief- I'll be going back a few more times because I enjoyed the experience.

I came in at 37 weeks at the recommendation of my midwives to help get ready for labor and start moving things along as I was very uncomfortable. I bought a package of 5 sessions because I knew I was a bit early and it would take some work to get me into labor before 40 weeks. I saw Dr Li and he was knowledgeable, was able to tell progress or regression in baby's position with his exam before the session began so that he knew where to target. He was spot on as to when I would go into labor. It took me 4 sessions, lots of walking after each session at his advice to reinforce work he did

The only spot I'll go for acupuncture from now on. I've tried 3 other acupuncture spots in NYC, but the sessions have been ineffective and the other spots' technique is horrible. I really see a difference in acupuncturists authentically trained in China, and the ones who aren't. I grew up with a personal acupuncturist in Hong Kong so I have very high standards.
Everyone who works at Qi Li are all very knowledgable and every time I'm in pain, it's usually resolved in 1 session. I also love having acupressure done here because the masseuse really targets my pain points

I have an excellent acupuncturist downtown but I was feeling so weak and in in discomfort with colitus I couldn’t make the journey. I was very happy with the results of my treatment here. He has a number of rooms so is able to accommodate more than one patient at once-after needles are places you just lie quietly to recieve the healing,so its easier to go at short notice and when its convenient for you.

The Dr himself during the Accupuncture is the only professional treatment you will receive during your visit here. The only English speaking receptionist is RUDE and Highly unprofessional. The “massage” is not really a massage. They acan’t possibly be LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST. There is no method, fluidity, nor true skill applied. Oh did I mention the so called massage artist belched 3 times during my service... for anyone that’s confused. That’s a loud, gut filled burp w/ no regard to who hears it.
Even if you’re insurance covers a visit, the acupuncture is all that’s worth the

Everyone here is great! I came here for prenatal acupuncture and massage and highly recommend it . I also tried yinova and others and found that Qi Li seemed the most knowledgeable and authentic. I also sent my nanny here for some back issues and she said she felt almost immediate results. Other than the trek to the UWS, this is my go to for acupuncture.

Went there since it is close to home. I was in excruciating pain from sciatica and I was very nervous about treatment. They were very patient and professional with me. My nerve was very inflamed so I am back 1 week after for follow up since I'm traveling. I did see noticeable results after 1st session. I was able to walk straight and walked home from there after arriving in a taxi!🤗 Clean place, friendly & courteous staff!👌🏼

I've been coming here for acupuncture for 14 years. Originally to get pregnant at the age of 39 (6 sessions later I was! ) . Now I go to manage perimenopause symptoms. Sometimes the treatment can be a bit formulaic, but it is quite good. Soothing atmosphere. I don't go for massage as I originally fund it to be quite mediocre. To be fair I haven't tried it since my original visits to get pregnant

Was in and out of there and already feeling way better right after and the next day. Will be returning for maintenance and massage. Chinese holistic medicine!!!

I've been to this place a few times now, and I've had mixed experiences. I mostly go for acupressure massages and some of the therapists are quite good as they are able to focus on what's bothering you and really work on that. However, I have had a few who are not so good. The last person I had was somehow very rough and sloppy, so it felt more like she was tenderizing meat rather than giving a massage haha.
If you're a woman and you end up getting a man sometimes he's really awkward and you don't really get a good massage because he tries to do most of it through

This place is fantastic. The acupuncturists are highly skilled and the massage therapists are very therapeutic and far better trained than those at the clubs. Speaking from experience, the results are excellent. This is not just a local place. It's worth a trip from anywhere in Manhattan.
The venue is accessible.

Both my wife and I have been going to Qi Li for almost a year now and have had nothing but good experiences. The doctor and staff are incredibly patient and caring and have even sat with our baby monkey (daughter) on occasion during visits.
We generally go for overall qi alignment and balancing sessions and always feel wonderful after. I had some knee issues that were bugging me due to my four floor walk up apartment and those are all gone now.
I think I have an acupuncture habit and I am ok with that.

I have been going there every week for about five months . I went there on my own to check it out as it was in my neighborhood. I asked for a man masseuse because I didn't want anyone to walk on my back but I wanted a strong massage. His name is William and he is the real deal. In addition I wanted acupuncture for sleep issues and weight loss. I wanted to give up sugar and coffee. There was never any pressure to return each week. I just intuitively knew that they were healing me. I sleep much better. My allergies are gone. I am pretty much off sugar and coffee. The staff speaks English fluently
