New Yorkers are really, really busy people. Really. Getting ahead of ourselves and forgetting about self-care easily becomes our MO. But showing up for self-care isn't as hard as we might think. Stepping into an acupuncture session is a great way to hit the pause button on your hectic life and actually check in with yourself. Acupuncture allows for your mind and body to catch up with each other, which will in turn enable your nervous system to go into a repair state.
It is hard for your body to heal when you're running around the city creating the New York life you crave while trying to catch subways, get to work or to your side hustle, make it to networking or apartment-hunting meetings, and keep up with social media and your favorite events and other happenings around town.

Each and every day, I'm inspired and motivated by the people I meet in New York City. We are a city of 8 million stories and billions of dreams. If you didn't start with your roots in the concrete like I did, maybe what drew you to New York were the career opportunities, the diversity, or the excitement.
Acupuncture is a branch of Chinese Medicine. Because Chinese Medicine views the body as a microcosm of the universe, acupuncture can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including, but not limited to: immunosuppression, digestion, aches and pains, headaches, allergies, fertility, addiction, as well as emotional or metaphysical blockages.
A completely holistic beauty treatment to bring a natural glow to your face, facial acupuncture improves your complexion, reduces fine lines and lifts sagging skin over the course of a series of visits. This treatment works by flushing fresh blood circulation into the face as well as facilitating drainage of toxins out of the body.
Facial gua sha is a relaxing, rejuvenating method of facial massage with the assistance of a stone gua sha tool. This beauty ritual originates from Chinese Medicine. It lifts and sculpts the skin, relaxes the muscles of the face in order to prevent fine lines. It is also effective in addressing tension headaches sinus issues and/or jaw tightness.
Herbal prescriptions REQUIRE consultation and REQUIRE follow up. Herbal formulas are not one size fits all. Herbal prescriptions are meant to strengthen your immunity for prevention purposes or help your body be in balance so that symptoms can be reduced. During an herbal consultation, we will explore your general health history and lifestyle as they relate to your presenting condition.

Emily is incredibly knowledgeable! I'm grateful for the compassionate healing space she holds for us. She truly cares and it's palpable. I've seen her for a variety of concerns like hormone balance, stress, and just because. Her handle on traditional plant medicine is amazing and I love nerding out with her. I felt very safe visiting her space with her santitation protocols.
I also love her yoni steam service! Check out her community offerings for yoga and gua sha instruction as well. Emily is one of the best and I recommend everyone to her!

Emily is awesome at acupuncture and healing, there's just no other way to say it. She has a very warm and pleasant manner and makes a new patient like me feel at ease and comfortable. I have had issues with a big toe pain that wasn't going away, from an injury around 16 years ago, so I decided to give acupuncture a try. Emily was referred to me from a mutual friend and after a couple of visits, I appear to have somehow let go of the issues in my big toe! I'm not gonna be running anytime soon, but at least now I can walk regularly again. I give two thumbs up for Emily Grace Acupuncture

Emily was to first one to introduce me to acupuncture.
Her pre-session set of questions not only help her determent the kind of treatment i needed but also made me more "aware" to what's going on with my body.
Between business and moving into new place I forgot about the way I feel what's good or wrong with my body/sleep/digestion.
This first phase of the session made me very confident in her ability to help.
I had a bit of a problem going to
Sleep and getting up. After few sessions it's all gone and I felt much more focus at work.
Thanks Emily for great sessions

This was my first experience with acupuncture and cupping, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Emily took the time at the beginning of my appointment to walk me through, in detail, what she would be doing and how each stage of the process might feel for me.
Emily also spent about 30 minutes or so at the beginning of the appointment going over my health history, and reason(s) why I booked an appointment. It was all very thorough, and she was able to make some suggestions as to what I can do outside of appointment times that could help my shoulder pain.

Emily is wonderful. I went to her for acupuncture when I was feeling exhausted physically and emotionally. She paired the acupuncture with crystals that she placed on my body. I've been to other acupuncturists before, but have never met anyone who goes above and beyond to help me heal like Emily. After my session, I could feel the physical and mental effects of the tune-up she gave me. I highly recommend her.

Emily is a true healer! I came to her with both a fear of needles and a few physical ailments that I hadn't been able to resolve through Yoga or Gyrotonic. She made me feel completely relaxed about the process, and the experience opened up my eyes to the extent of symptoms acupuncture can treat. I never considered acupuncture to be a treatment for stress and anxiety, but it certainly helped me with that. I left her office feeling more balanced physically, mentally, and emotionally. After working with her, I felt better than I had in months. I would definitely recommend booking a session

I've been receiving treatments from Emily for a multitude of issues like lower back pain, stress and anxiety, and digestion and a liver/gallbladder issue. I love the holistic modality of Chinese Medicine and how it considers the entire mind-body system, and Emily is great at treating in this holistic way. Our treatment sessions have included acupuncture, cupping (which has been AMAZING for relieving muscle strain/pain), moxibustion, and herbs. Emily is professional, caring and takes the time to really hear you and what you have going on so she can come up with the right treatment plan for

This is my favorite acupuncture clinic (and favorite acupuncturist) in the city! I have been seeing Emily for acupuncture treatments for a while now and she has treated me for everything from my (frequent) sports-related injuries to stress, stomach issues, etc. Emily is both warm and professional and always puts me right at ease when I am being treated by her. I confidently recommend Emily to those new to acupuncture, as well as those who regularly seek this method of treatment. She also offers services in cupping and herbal consultations. If you are unsure about trying acupuncture (or if

Visited her office and was reluctant to get acupuncture at first seeing as I am a medical professional. I have tried a lot of modalities including PT and massage in addition to NSAIDs for my back pain. Emily put me at ease and was very professional and respectful of my medical background. I felt good after the treatment and my pain was noticeably diminished. I can only wish that I could visit again. I will be looking for a local acupuncturist but will definitely make a stop at Emily Grace's office whenever I am in NYC, she is fantastic! Definitely 5 stars!
