The manager here was amazing, super helpful and the place (office and apartment) was extremely clean and smelled great

This is a horrible apartment complex!!!! They show you a clean and polished unit, then after signing the lease they put you in an apartment that has roaches and floods! They do not answer the phones, no one is ever in the office and we have been complaining about the roaches since we moved in and they shrug it off like it is not a big deal! Been trying to call every number listed to reach emergency maintenance because the apartment has an inch of water threw out and the line either disconnects or is not in service. Run very far away!!!!

These apartments are not what you want to move in Manager is very unprofessional they don't like to fix nothing wants to talk noise to you after they move in let homeless live in breezeways so take it from me Don't move in

Stacie is rude and never returns a phone call. Office is always locked and didn't know their lunch could take several hours.. Ever since the Hispanic girl left this place went to a complete mess. She handled everything at this place.

The current manager, Stacie Northcutt, is very unprofessional and dishonest. I have been trying to get my security deposit back since I moved out in July 2020. She still hasn't replied to my last email from September 2020. She's hardly in the office and leaves it dark to appear she isn't there. She doesn't return phone calls and the last time I caught her in the office, she claims she returns all calls and emails. That is a lie and she can't produce any return correspondence. She is purposely avoiding my calls and emails and lied about not having a main/corporate office to contact. She thinks if

Does paying $500 a month and having to wait two months for repairs to be made to vital things like your sink sound like fun? If so, ignore my review... Does upon resigning your lease telling the office that you no longer have a pet due to the financial strain and then resigning only to get a notice via email that you now owe $160 for pet rent for a pet you no longer own four months after resigning the lease sound like fun? If so ignore my review as this is the place for you. Maybe this review will get their attention and get this rectified.

For the most part I love being here, it quiet and my neighbors are pretty nice, I am not sure who's the new management is and I have been trying to renew my lease since I had gotten a email stating I need to renew it by 12/30/2020, but other than that i love being here.

The manager Staci is very unprofessional. She does not help with issues or problems going on in or around the apartments. Issues with busted water pipes flooding the apt bed bugs and roaches from before I moved into the apt. The only come and mop the floor. Let it mold. I asked her for corporate office number and she lied and said she couldn't give it to me. I still need corporate number. Very unprofessional management
