My initial reaction with the employees in the leasing office were wonderful but right after I paid the application fees, they became impossible to reach. Attempting to call their leasing office always ended with their phone automation immediately hanging up on me; no one responded to my emails after 1.5 weeks; I even attempted to visit the leasing office in person to move forward with signing my lease but no one was there (the day was not a holiday and no sign was posted regarding their absence). I wish I could have lived there to give them a full and better review but now I'm glad I don't have

They have Plumbing Issue which they will admit it's old apartment. Bathroom smells horrible!
Neighbor smoke weeds constantly, basically you and your kids will have to suffer by health!
Head portfolio manager has no will to help me, manager has no authority to help. I am stuck here.. I wish I could choose negative stars for them.

We had a positive experience with the way that carrington apartment manager responded to our tub leak maintenance requests, we had a plumbing problem in our bathroom, water was backing up into bathtub. Maintenance staff and manager Loundy was very quick to react, they arranged for an alternate apartment till the time issue was fixed as it required bit of digging. And all the time work was done they ensured we got timely update on the progress and estimated time for the fix...we really liked way they handled the problem, very professional with their approach. Thank you Carrington apartment!

I was here for about a year and a half. Right when I moved in my washer and dryer were broken and then my sinks and pipes were clogged after two weeks and overflowing. They fixed it within a week, however didn’t have a sense of urgency. The apartment itself has good features. At first you didn’t have to pay for parking which was a plus. My biggest issue though was how much the increased rent and utilities and also poor communication. The landlord at the time would take days to respond or never answer the phone. After moving out also he still was a very poor communicator and would charge me

I recently toured an apartment here and was very interested. The lady that gave me the tour told me to apply online and that they would be in contact with me. So myself and my roommate paid for the application. I called several times every day following this, and I even emailed them asking for the status of our application. No one answered. A week later they left a voicemail and I called back less than 20 minutes later and again no response. Finally two days after that someone answered the phone and confessed the apartment was already taken before I even filled out my application, but didn&apos

We moved from the Carrington Apartments in Bellevue, managed by Allied Residential. We followed the move out instructions on the Notice to Vacate, provided by Denise Farris, Resident Manager of the Carrington Apts. When we asked for a move-out inspection, Denise discouraged, dissuaded, and repeatedly denied us an move-out inspection. Even though it states on the Notice to Vacate that we need to have a move-out inspection with the Resident Manager. Denise booked the inspection and twice no-showed. We had to book time off work for this and she did not show up nor answer calls or emails. She was clearly
