I have lived a very transient lifestyle and rented from different companies in multiple states due to work travel. The best company I have leased from has been The Jander Group without question. I would Strongly recommend the Jander Group to everyone! I have rented multiple homes from them throughout the years, and the process has been easy every time. I am TRULY GREATFUL to everyone that has helped me. Jackie was FANTASTIC, she showed me multiple homes and was very accommodating with my schedule. Jander is the WORST. They will never answer a phone, the condo had mold, and was full of issues. They suggested I wait 5 weeks in mold for their choice cleaner. I asked for a hotel and was just ignored. I had to fight to get my rental in livable condition. They will do ANYTHING to not do work or accept responsibility.
They also gave me a HUGE, PERMANENT financial penalty because they tried to draw funds about a week after I tried to pay when I was just shy on funds for one day.

Our family leased homes from The Jander Group for 10 happy years. Their responsiveness to maintenance requests was exceptionally fast - usually within minutes if not hours. Their vendors were courteous and professional and The Jander Group went out of their way to make sure that we had a quality home to live in. We had a prompt move in timeline and they not only accommodated us, but they were ready for any an all the necessary maintenance repairs. We lived in a Jander property from 2015 to 2019 and would continue to do so had the owner of our home not sold the property. The last couple of years not being in a Jander property have been very difficult. We are very much looking forward to seeing what is available in the future with Jander so that we may find a home in one of their properties. The staff is great and very professional.

MILITARY FAMILIES... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They will not work with you when you get orders and your lease renewal is up. They offered us a lease renewal and I explained I had orders and would need a month to month since my orders are up on 1 July. Our lease went thru 31 May. So instead of letting us be here an extra month they gave us a 30 day notice that we had to vacacate. They are NOT a military friendly company.
If that's not enough..
On 31 March we had called emergency maintenance as our house smelled like burning wires. We immediately secured our power and called there

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH JANDER GROUP: If you are a tenant and you are considering renting from Jander Group, DON'T. They'll take all of your money and become extremely unprofessional and ignore you once you sign on the dotted line. If you want to know more about what I'm talking about, go to their Facebook page and look at my review. It's long but it's the full truth about my experience with them. First, lets understand the dynamics of business relationship with Jander. The renter pays monthly to Jander. Jander takes a cut of this money and the rest goes to the property owner. Therefore, it is to the BEST INTERESTS of Jander to have renters who are stable, have excellent payment records and can prove they can actually afford to live in one of the properties they manage. We rented from the Jander Group for 2 1/2 years. Everything was explained thoroughly by Michael, who handles the showings and signing of new tenants, as well as the paperwork we received. We were moving from out of state and Jander worked with us on over nighting paperwork, leaving the key in a lock box for our arrival, etc. The house had new carpet and paint when we arrived.

My boyfriend and I have recently moved into a home provided by this company. We came from a rental home from a different company and the Jander group was by far much better. The house is beautiful and well kept. It only took a week for a maintenance repair person to come out to fix minor issues.

I have been using Jander Group for 15 years. They are exceptionally honest and efficient. You can't get any better. They make their owners live up to their committment to provide good quality housing, and they make the renters act responsibly as well. They won't let the owners NOR the tenents be slouches or behave badly. They are top notch!

If you are young in age, do not expect to recieve any respect from this "company". I am in my late 20s and they treated me like a second class citizen. I was never late on a payment. I would always communicate with them respectfully. And yet they ignored my e-mails and phone messages when anything in the house needed attention. Because of this, I ended up doing a lot of repairs myself (out of pocket!). They were consistently disrespectful and acted like they didn't have the time of day for my "petty complaints". Furthermore, they kept almost the entire security deposit
