I'm posting this review as a tenant- I leased a house for 3+ years and have been continually impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness from Mo. He is is diligent with his communications and follow ups. I have always found him to be fair and reasonable on issues that we may not have seen eye-to-eye on. If I were a property owner, I would try to hire Mo away from Re/Max :)

RE/MAX 200 Realty has been managing one of our rentals for many years. They constantly try to deliver a quality property management product. The upgraded monthly reporting system is very good, as are the annual reports. RE/MAX is careful to stay on top of maintenance at the rental unit, and we appreciate that.

RE/MAX 200 Realty has been managing my rental properties for a number of years and I am very pleased with their service. The entire team in the Property Management Division is very professional. My manager, Mo Jabr, is on top of all problems with the properties or the tenants and is excellent at keeping me informed. In addition, my properties have never been vacant for long and tenants are well vetted prior to signing a lease.

Awful experience. I kept getting pushed into homes that I was not comfortable with because they were out of my price range. I kept telling the realtor I wasn’t comfortable over a certain amount. If I were to do it again, I would have shopped around, but that’s my mistake. My realtor recommended a lender that he’s worked with many times and highly recommends, and was even told to put the entirety of my down payment as “good faith money” so I could be “taken seriously”.
