RUNNN FROM THIS COMPANY Renters or Owners!..This property Management company is the Worst 2 Man Band SHOW!!.Ashely and the Maintenance Man. One, she picks when she wants to respond to emails. 2 The maintenance man is rude hates the fact he has to work and answer work orders..A/C unit went out 2x's took more than 8 days to fix and 2nd time took 4 days..I paid for a professional carpet and Apartment move out cleaning company and still was overcharge a cleaning Fee of $150..not to mention they didn't want to paint before my move in..Thank god I brought a Home!. Will be reporting them to BBB for excessively

If I could give Park Avenue 10 stars, I would! They respond to emails ASAP as opposed to calling a company and they never return your call. They communicate in writing - so I was always able to go back into my emails and read things I may have forgotten. I wish more companies were like this! Way to go Park Avenue - keep up the good work.
Not sure why there are a few negative reviews - probably because people are never accountable for their own actions and did not receive their security deposit back. It's not that hard people!!!

I have been renting with Park Avenue for quite some time now. I have never had any issues with them. Any maintenance requests that I put in get taken care of. My emails get quick responses. In my time with Park Avenue, I have dealt with Margaret, Ashley, and Jason. Margaret and Ashley have always been pleasant to deal with. They answer any questions or concerns that I have. Jason contacts me almost immediately when I put in a maintenance request. Overall a very professional company to deal with. In the future, if I ever choose to invest in properties to rent out, they will be my first choice to

The worst people to deal with they don't answer the office phone they won't follow up they don't resolve the problems contrary to that they make the problem worst I think they only capable of dealing with people of low income housing
I give credit to Ashley for sending the a/c tech so soon in couple of hours after I reported yellowing in living room ceiling but that's her job to protect the landlord property.I wish she could have done something about the construction outside my apartment by giving me a time frame from the beginning and not lies that going to last only six weeks on the contrary
