I'm a homeowner in Winter Park and I highly recommend their property management services. After interviewing more than 5 property management companies, I chose Innovative Realty & Property Management help me out rent out my single family house. In the process, The level of professionalism, patience, communication from them deserves a five star. Alberto, Darby, Hannah, and Kati are all wonderful people to work with. They put my mind at ease and answer my questions quick and in details. In my opinion, they have some of the cutting edge technologies to make the rental process smooth for both homeowners

I was told that the property is on a first come first serve basis, now with that being said I was told that property I was inquiring about no one had applied for it and I immediately submitted my application on the same day(Thursday)and paid my application fee then I was told that I couldn’t view the property because it was still being worked on but I was assured it would be available early next week and they would be sending out appointment times for you to choose a time that works for you ( keep in mind that multiple people can apply because they don’t take it off the market once you apply

If i could give zero stars I would. This company has very unprofessional staff . They over talk you and I was even hung up on while trying to talk. Never once yelled she wanted to say what she wanted and get me off the phone. They are more worried about getting their point across instead of listening to the customer. Regardless if you are the first applicant someone can view property before you and they start that person application. They take multiple applications for the same property and text every applicant at the same time to view. They have a very aggravating and unethical rental process

Always had a good experience with the Innovative Realty workers and staff. They were always available for any of our concerns, and made sure that our rented home was taken care of properly. We had been dealing with Luisa and Hannah the last few months and both have been very easy to work with and went a step further than necessary. Highly recommend if looking for a management company.

Innovative Realty has been great to us for the last few years. We were informed 2 months ago that the rental property we were living in wouldn't be renewed for the upcoming year and this put us into panic mode given the market right now. Both the realty side(specifically Matt and Jo) and the rental side(Luisa, Hannah, Kati, and Darbi) were all huge helps. They were all responsive and did everything they could to find us a place to live that fit our needs and budget.

I had no major complaints about Innovative Reality until towards the end of my lease. The apartment I rented wasn’t in the best condition (cracked tiles + grout and peeling paint on cabinets amongst other things) and very outdated (original cabinets + appliances).
Additionally, water damage along entire bedroom ceiling and wall occurred during the time of my lease from leaking roof and old windows. I’m only pointing out the condition of the apartment because IR seems to be quick to charge you for random things but isn’t actually maintaining the properties.
