Poor management, he does not write things down and then does paperwork wrong or calls several times for the same information and still gets it wrong. Parking is a problem, if you pay the 45 per month for a reserved/covered space anyone can and will park there and the office tells you park somewhere else and we will take care of it when we come in the morning. Repairs depends on who you get, Juan does a great job, the other guy came in and looked at the washer for less that 5 minutes without doing anything and marked the workorder completed. Flooding has been an issue several times this year and

After staying here for 2 years, these are the points that finally caused me to leave:
-my apartment floods in heavy rain. Do they ever do any thing about it? No. Granted it’s only minor flooding, but it has gotten to the carpet before and their only solution was to use heaters and fans to dry out the damage. Apparently this happens to several of the bottom floor apartments.
-the person above me and their yappy dogs. After awhile it really started to get on my nerves. I am thankful both my next door neighbors were super quiet and respectful, but depending on your luck you can really get screwed

I have no idea about the previous management but the current that I had my experience with has been the most pleasant that I had ever dealt with. The property has changed for the best in every other day & makes the environment feel the worthiness of being a resident. The staff is very professional & has acted upon my concerns with much deep concern & respect. I appreciate everything moment I had to interact with staff & feeling at home in my unit. Do consider!

New management definitely has their tenants in mind! Doggy run, ample parking, washer/dryer in unit and dishwasher! The grounds are well kept and there is personnel patrolling premises. Most importantly it shows Evergreen 47 staff really cares about community by ensuring buildings and area are updated and clean. Kudos to Netanya who is so gracious, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! Just the best! :-)
