At home personal trainer, serving the Tri-Valley area, who helps men and women look and feel their best. I have tried almost every group fitness class out there. You name it, I have probably tried it, but nothing really stuck. I realized after training with Kristine that what I lacked was accountability and the knowledge of a personal trainer.

The techniques and tips for working out allowed me to completely revamp and change the way I approach working out. Kristine has been an amazing trainer. She does an excellent job of setting and adjusting the pace of workouts to push you to new highs, while also being resourceful in finding ways to break through when progress slows at times.

I starting working with Kristine because I had significant muscle loss in my legs which resulted in multiple injuries. The injuries and pain kept me from any form of regular exercising. After working with Kristine these past five months my legs are stronger so much so that I'm able to exercise consistently now. And as a result I've lost a lot of weight too! She's consistent, motivating, and willing to work with you to help you reach your fitness goals.

In the last few months I have watched my body transform and do things I did not believe I was capable of. I can thank Kristine for this. There’s so other way to put it, but she knows her stuff! I had a personal trainer 3 years ago but moved to a different city. I didn't think I could replace my last trainer because I loved her! I was wrong! I found Kristine and I'm so happy with my results. I’ve been training for over 20 years. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would get such great results from a petite little girl like Kristine. She definitely proved me wrong! She showed me new exercises and how best to apply progressive overload to challenge my muscles. I was able to gain 4 lbs in lean muscle mass in only a month. Hands down, the best trainer I’ve ever had!

I am quite content with results I was able to achieve with Kristine in the past couple months I have worked for her. She changed my perspective on what healthy living means. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the cellulite on my quads and I had a beach wedding to attend to in 3 months. I wanted to cry. I did cry. Kristine came to my rescue. I didn’t think one could train remotely but she proved me wrong. She set me up with a couture strength training and cardio program with the equipment I had in my living room. Kristine is the epitome of dedication! She knows how to motivate you and what I like best about Kristine is that she comes to me!! She is also awesome at suggesting alternative but equally effective exercises if you are experiencing issues. She is all about the posture and the absolute right way of exercising. She always checks in after a session and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I am so glad to have Kristine as my trainer!!! I already see improvements!!!

I've been training with Kristine remotely and I'm so happy with my progress. When I started with Krissy 6 months ago, I thought I was already reasonably fit. She analyzed my movements and put me on a plan to improve my weaknesses and imbalances and fix my nutrition mistakes. She even created workouts within the limits of my tiny home gym. So now I've broken my plateau and am steadily getting stronger, building muscle, and losing that stubborn middle-age weight on my arms and back. I'm so much happier with how I look and how much easier it is to carry my groceries up 2 flights of stairs!
