My passion for fitness began at a young age playing different sports, particularly football. I have been a personal trainer since 2010, currently based out of Pleasanton, California. I am a nationally qualified bodybuilder specializing in nutrition, functional training, sports performance, weight loss and competition prep/off-season training.
Guiding my clients through their success journeys is what brings much life into my profession of work. I am eager to help clients exceed their goals by tailoring workouts to meet their specific needs and interests, as well as coming up with a nutrition plan that compliments their fitness goals. The best personal trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is patient, friendly, kind, and wise. He has all the attributes you want in a good trainer. If you're up for a fun challenge and want to be pushed in a positive atmosphere, then look no further. I'm glad for the time I had spent training with Casey. After my initial consultation with him, he custom programmed my workouts and diet to cater to my body type and goals. Its been close to 2 months since I have been training with him and I couldn't be more happier with the results I have seen so far. He is by far the best trainer I have had in last 10 years or so. He is now my one stop shop for all my health needs including strength training and dietary needs. Of all the personal trainers I've had, Casey is by far the best! I'll admit that at first I was intimidated by his body builder physique, but he definitely tailors your training to fit your goals and abilities. He also offers nutrition advice, and is just a generally good guy to spend an hour with. Highly recommend!

You won't find a more dedicated trainer! Casey is so passionate about fitness and helping people. He is extremely knowledgeable and always has such a great attitude. I've struggled with finding motivation to workout for years and Casey makes working out fun. He helps keep you accountable and has become a friend. Casey is the best trainer I have ever had by far!!!! Started 5mos ago because I had a really hard time finding balance between working and actually making it to the gym... he gave me a full meal
Plan and workout schedule that was quick and easy so I could make it work with my 60 hour work weeks and I checked in with him every Saturday morning so he could see my progress.
He helped me get back on track and he simultaneously helped my boyfriend compete for his first time in a bodybuilding competition...he's so attentive and flexible with his schedule and he really loves what he does.

Casey is awesome! He's so attentive and really takes the time to cater to each individual based on their personal goals. He's very responsive at all hours even if you have a silly nutrition question, he is always there to help. He's working with both my fiancé and I to help us get in the best shape for our wedding. The custom workouts and nutrition plans he's made for us has so much detail in it, you could tell how much he cares his profession. He is so personable and nice it makes working out fun (even through the pain of the workouts haha) I would recommend him to anyone

By far the best trainer I have ever had. If you want a motivated, outgoing, and dedicated trainer Casey is the guy you want. I have been wanting to do a bodybuilding show for a while but couldn't find the right coach that would dedicate as much time as I will put into it but Casey has been there every step of the way. His communication with you it's constant and whatever you need he's there. His nutritional and strength training knowledge is outstanding. I have been training with Casey for 3 months. During that time I have dropped close to 30 lbs and more than 10% body fat while gaining a large amount of strength. Casey is an extremely motivating trainer who really gets the best out of you as long as you put in the work. He truly develops a custom plan for each individual's goal, and tailors his workouts and nutrition plan around your needs. If you want real results, Casey is the one you want to train with!

Where to begin? I was referred to Casey by my co-workers who compete in the world of fitness. They told me he was to go to trainer for the best bum in town. I attempted several times to schedule a consultation workout and Casey was very patient and flexible. After that I wanted to sustain an active lifestyle, Casey put together a custom personal training plan for me. I have built muscle (but not bulked up), I feel stronger everyday. Casey also put together a detailed food plan based on my lifestyle and is always making more and new suggestions to keep me motivated.
