Working with Jenn Longsworth of Fit Style has been one of the best investments I've made in my health. I initially came to Jenn to get help with nutritional information in July of 2018. We talked about my overall health goals and she designed a meal plan to help me achieve them. After seeing great results, I decided in September to take the next step of training with Jenn and am so glad I did! I regularly exercise but Jenn took my workouts to the next level! I have been working out with Jenn in personal training at Fit Style for the past year. She has meticulously developed a workout regimen that has performed well above my expectations of any personal trainer. She carefully tracks my progress on a monthly basis, with metrics and photos to document my progress and revises my workouts on a continuous basis. I've been training with Jennifer Longsworth of Fit Style since February
2018. I had Knee Meniscus Removal Surgery 2 years ago and have been unable to do most activities I previously did.
My pain level varies from a 5 to a 7. Arthritis is now a daily issue. At 58 I've decided to not take pain pills. I'm trying to find a way to deal with what I've been dealt.
Physical Therapy can only take you so far, but has not been enough to allow me to function normally.
Jennifer is a transformative person in my life. She is helping me get strength back so I can perform normal tasks.

I have been attending the Fit Style gym for three weeksas a participant of the Body Morph Program. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I went in to do a free trial of a HIIT Class with Jennine, and from that day I was hooked.
Some of my favorite classes include Zumba/Pi-Yo, Kettlebells, Cardio Kickboxing, and Fall Frenzy. The instructors l've worked with so far, Jennine and Tristin, are very helpful, encouraging, and inspirational. It's been 3 weeks in and I've already lost 10 pounds with body morph! I love it! My trainer Rheanna is awesome! So motivating and fun, she's always telling me I got it, and giving me recommendations on how to cook my meal preps! I highly recommend fit style for those that want to get a start on how to workout because the classes are worth it! No more than 6 people a class at a time and the trainers can provide individual attention to those that need it during the class workout.

Yesterday was my first time meeting Jenn and she was so great doing an assessment on how my body moves and giving me many tips on how to do squats, planks, push-ups, lunges! I have been doing them wrong my entire life and it was great to finally learn how to do them! I am ready for the body morph challenge! I just worked out....on a Saturday morning. Yes, you read that right. Something I never thought I would be able to say! And, I'm looking forward to working out tomorrow morning! The classes FitStyle offers are HARD, but so FUN. I look forward to each class and the encouragement I receive from all of the trainers. I'm two weeks into my 8-week body morph challenge and already seeing results both in my physical appearance as well as my stamina, strength and flexibility. The only bad thing I can say is directed towards myself-and that is that I wish I had done this sooner!!

I am just finishing my second Body Morph program- i completed my first round successfully last year and am on course for another success . Since then I have frequented this wonderful gym for Personal Training and I also attend the exercise classes which are such good value for money. The classes are so varied - Ive done kettle bells, HIIT , Zumba, PiYo and summer shape up classes- they get booked up quickly but they are taught by experts who make the classes motivational and fun- they look out for your form and give you modifications on all the exercises to suit your personal needs. About to weigh in tomorrow after finishing body morph round 8. Wow, what a great program. If you follow the meal plan and exercise four times a week, you WILL lose weight.
Never once during the whole program did I feel hungry with the meal plan I was given. They also make it adaptable for vegetarians like myself and also have a menu for vegans.
The exercise classes are wonderful. The HIIT classes are fun and incorporate different exercises so it's never the same. Rheanna is wonderful for getting you going in the morning and Jennine's Zumba/Piyo is my absolute favorite class and workout

Had so much fun the last 8 weeks. Don't get me wrong it was hard work and at times trying but round 6 was the best group of people. We really supported each other. I'll continue to go to classes to maintain or lose a bit more. All trainers at FitStyle are so awesome! Thanks for the challenge and helping me to achieve my goal!
