If I could give negative stars, I would. I have waited for MONTHS for simple repairs and I am still waiting. The head of maintenance must be on permanent vacation. An outside contractor did sand my bathroom ceiling after 4 months. Do NOT rent here, it is horrible
I have no desire to speak with anyone in the office, my time is valuable and I have no intention of wasting it talking about something your maintenance department should have taken care of MONTHS AGO.

Looking for a new place for myself and my son. Of course such as with 97% of the things that you see online, the pictures look absolutely amazing. The good reviews seem ok, but I'm a little skeptical about that. The bad reviews I feel like are true.
I was willing to give this place a chance until I came across the review where the resident showed the picture of one of the mice that they caught!! hell to the naw!! no thank you!!! Baby I don't do rodents!! Will continue to look elsewhere. *Shivers*

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I can say at first I was a little hesitant but over time have really enjoyed being here! The entire office staff has really done everything in their power to make sure any and all of my issues and concerns are addressed! Lisa, Nikki, Nhea, and Terry are all super friendly and happy to help in any way possible! Some things are out of their control and with such a large complex it does take time to address everyone’s problems so I do understand! 2 Cons / 2 Pros from my recent issues
Cons:
1. The response time to get anything fixed in this community is horrific. If you don't follow up 5 times over the course of 3 weeks, there is a chance that it may never get fixed.
2. The subcontractors they use are a joke. Their remediation company should be out of business for the quality work they do. I had a leak (for 2 months) from the A/C unit that should have been replaced. It took the remediation company weeks to come out and replace the wet carpet and carpet pad/ moldy tack strip. I had an industrial hygienist confirm that after 72 hours of

So I have lived at season's at bel air since March 1st 2014. My experience there was amazing. I have autism and they have been so understanding of my needs and always protected me from neighbors that put me in harms way and even kind of took me under their wing. I unfortunately had to move out June of 2020 because I struggle caring for myself and had to go to assisted living but still call the office on holidays to say hi and will stop by and visit. They are so good to me that I know if I get back on my feet and ever want to move back they will move me back in with open arms

The worst apartments we’ve ever lived in. Completely falsely advertised. Management who cares about absolutely nothing. Don’t ever believe the pictures they post, or if it says your apartment will be renovated, because that simply just isn’t true. So falsely advertised.
You can hear everything down to coughs or sneezes in the apartment next/under you. Constant banging at 3 am. Say goodbye to sleep.
Nothing was done in our apartment except for the carpet when we moved in. Terry in the office said she knew of the conditions of our apartment, but nothing was done and that’s “so awful.”
