Very poor mgmt. Office was even slammed by angry tenant. M. McBee is very poor General Mgr. and somehow controls her staff and mgmt. to do unscrupulous deeds for her. DON’T RENT HERE! Save yourself the headache. And there will be a headache! Trust this! That WELCOME SIGN is only beckoning you into HELL! BELIEVE IT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Old apartments and service is the worst. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Oh yeah, keep your rent receipts because they somehow forget you paid your rent. Trust this information!!!

Yes it's true the campus is outdated inside SOME apts. However I have resided here since 2016. You can't PLEASE everyone. Michelle and staff do the very best in the following.
Landscape well taken of
Snow Removal consistent safety
Trash removal consistent
Pest Control once a year
I have a large pine tree that is leaning about 2:00 I clock from being upright
And has potential of destruction to property and life
Michelle has placed the order to have the TREE REMOVED and I have confidence in that order
My apt has received FREE a celling fan
Carpet shampooed
I place an order for bathroom toilet

My daughter, her boyfriend and my 2 month old grandson live here. It's disgusting, dirty, mold is growing for the 2nd time in less than a year. Getting repairs done is a joke. Absolutely do not move there. The risk to your health isn't worth it.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. They are a big joke and waste of time. They will play games with you. The place is also definitely not worth it. We had scheduled to come from out of state to take a look at, which they even took our deposit money before us even going to look at the place. Most places have you come and take a tour before taking your money. So the lady told us we can go on Friday at 1pm to look at the place and she would leave it unlocked. We call an hour early as we got to MD sooner than planned and asked if we could go in an hour early. They said oh you cant come today

My wife and I moved here for a short while when we fell on hard times. And since I had lived in box hill for most of my life I thought how bad could it be. First off, the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors as if they are in the room with you. So we could hear our lovely neighbor SCREAM AND SLAM THINGS AROUND EVERY NIGHT. We went to management multiple times and nothing was done. When the property manager first showed us one of the units I notices a strong cleaning chemical smell and she said they had just cleaned this unit out from the previous tenants. I realize now it was to try

The walls are paper thin so privacy is out of the question if you speak louder then a whisper? But it's a great starter apartment for the young ready to grow wings. The neighborhood is really nice and great schools nice shopping area convenient. It's a safe place and the rent is a bit high but overall it's a nice place!

I had the unfortunate circumstance to have lived in this place for a year .couldn't wait to get out.the place is tiny ,ancient, and just not nice.I had the so called maintenance man just walk in my place like it was his own,the ac,heat unit was from the 1970,s,there are no ducts, just a junk unit in your tiny living room to heat and cool the whole place, which didn't do either very good, you would think it would be cheap, but i still paid 1000 dollars a month with pet,no cable jack in bedroom, built on a nasty crawlspace, that had cats and kittens living in it when i was there a few years ago, there

I was thinking about getting a place and it seems nice. Small, however it's like your own little cottage/townhouse. Some even come with a washer dryer hookup or you have to use the laundry room. Not spacious more for a single person and maybe a dog .
