What is there to say? Where else can you find heat, water and trash included with PRIME location to I-95, a quiet community with spacious floor plans and a pet friendly vibe on top?

The collective team that works here is beyond world-class. My first interaction was with Carla, but since moving in, I have met Jason form maintenance and Chantreis in the leasing office and truly they have a synergy and professionalism that's beyond rewardingly refreshing! I can't say enough amazing things about this place, the team or location. You're really stuck on something if you skip considering this

The staff is horrible chantreis has been harassing me and my family since we moved in here. They definitely make it look nice before you move in but it’s not what it seems. To me it’s more like the projects in Maryland .I would think twice before moving in these apartments. Hallways are disgusting and neighbors are extremely loud.

If you're expecting to get your security deposit back from this place, Don't hold your breath. After spending money on Professional cleanersTo ensure the apartment was Immaculate upon move out,The facility still seem to find $600 worth of problemsWith the cleaning that was done to withhold my security deposit. In addition to sending me an eviction notice during a rent Moratorium due to covid, when I paid a day late due to being on the road for work when theFifth of the month rolls around as well as the general lack of cleanliness Of the outside grounds in general do to dog owners not picking up

Wow what an awesome place, Cranberry Run is near woods and yet close to shopping. Easy access to 95 and Rt 40 so getting to work is easy. Love that they have a pool and I can walk my dog near woods and or on sidewalks. It's apartment living but I find it to be less concrete and more rural looking like I like. Free Gas Heat, so minimal winter electric bill, loooooooove it !!!Only been here about 4 months but I am enjoying it so far.

This place is poorly run. Management is a joke and the front office will harass you at work for the most insignificant of things. They don't fix maintenance issues promptly, instead they sound annoyed you called. They don't salt steps or walkways promptly enough for early morning workers. They don't respect their tenants and they don't work with you. Best thing about this place is the view in my rear view mirror when I leave.

The apartments themselves are great. We've been here a few weeks and the apartment is beautiful. It's clean spacious and the staff are extremely helpful. Carla is the coolest person I've had the pleasure to work with. She's helped me every step of the way and as someone that will question until I fully understand, she was extremely patient and charismatic. She always had a smile and an answer and if she didn't have an answer, she would find me one in a timely fashion. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star review is the neighbors. I never see my building neighbors but the building adjacent

I moved into a 3rd floor apartment last March in 2019 with my girlfriend. We rented a 2 bedroom for 6 months. Karen took us on the tour and we immediately knew it was where we wanted to move in together for the first time. The 2nd bedroom was used as my home office and I was able to conduct business in the quiet apartment complex easily. In the 6 months there, we had minor issues with the smoke detector and garbage disposal, but all were fixed quickly by the helpful staff.

This area is nice to live in if you dont live in an apartment full of crazies. Literally the walls are thin as heck and you can hear everything. Neighbors can be very annoying but the maintenance men are such sweet hearts they make sure they fix everything you ask of them and they are sure to speak to you anytime they see you they actually make the complex look great

The apartments are pretty decent especially for the price, but the appliances are old, and the snow plowing takes a day or so. The free heat is great and parking is pretty ample. It has easy access to the free way and to major shopping centers. Also when I was looking for housing in aberdeen, this was the best looking place. So unless you want to look outside of aberdeen, this is your best bet.
