Major mice problem. They send exterminators to just say they handled the problem, but they accomplish nothing. Been seeing mice since September we moved in August. Customer service is terrible. They act like you are wrong about being upset over mice in your home. Don't waste your money and move here. Way too expensive to deal with the issues that are here.

So far so good. Move in was smooth and place was emaculate as expected.
Will advise more in a few months....
I have saw mouse droppings in the beginning but that's expected in apartment living because you don't know how clean your neighbors are.
As of 12/02021 the grounds are very well kept and the neighborhood is peaceful because I was told all hard working people with jobs live here.
The B'S. Realty company went up on my rent this year even though we are still in a Pandemic and money is tight. So I really not feeling that but actual living has been nice.

They delete reviews so there’s that. Mice are terrible here. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. This place is something out of a movie, the mice run these homes!!!!!!
Edited to respond: my situation is typical, every townhome in this neighborhood has mice and it’s a shame that people are still be fooled into moving in.

Please stay away from this place. They will try to steal your deposit. My lease was due 7/31/2021. I left 7/31/2021, and they tried to make me pay for the month of august stating that I left 8/3/2021. I have all my invoices where I paid a company to move me out on 7/31/2021. I left late Saturday. There was no one to verify on a Sunday if I was there. very loud place and things break nonstop. Very unprofessional. When I called Management, they told me they have all right knowing that they were not there to pick up my keys. Horrible for stealing someone deposit and charged them an extra month.. I

Horrible place to live. Would not recommend! We have a horrible mice problem that the leasing office refuses to do anything about but will send letters to your home about how they take pride in their community. I have reached out to the leasing office multiple times and have been ignored. Not to mention they have put someone else’s information on my online account. Meaning I have other individuals social security numbers saved on MY resident profile. I reached out to them about this matter as well and yet again have heard nothing. Horrible place to live with pets. Keep it moving. Predominately mixed neighborhood. White people are mad blacks are moving in. Yup. We moving in. The leasing manager Amber Weaver discriminates and looks for reasons to evict you. Girl bye! Amber came up with an excuse for me not to have my pet because it says poodle-mixed on my dogs profile next to breed of dog claiming the mixed part needs to be specified. Gurl no it don’t. The vet put what the dog is and she still won’t accept it. I gave her everything she requested. Dog weight. Color. Breed. Vaccines. Picture. Birthday. Y/O of dog. Everything

Its a shame they still have a mice problen..lived there 3 years ago and the mice were so bad it traumatized my daughter. No one should have to live like that. We saw mouse droppings on day one and were told "the last tenants had mice, but the unit doesn't have mice". I was NOT raised in a rodent infested home and I am not raising my children in one. Furthermore they don't care, they send a maintenance man that just looks around and does nothing. The reviews are true, it's a mice infestation, but I see they keep raising their prices. I had to come back and edit. I was so upset that I did not proof
