Yes - at Woodsdale Apartments we have a full staff of service technicians, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. During business hours, you may call and stop by the Woodsdale Apartments' front desk to retrieve an extra set of keys to your apartment. You will be required to bring them back. After hours, you must call the emergency maintenance number and will be charged a lock out fee.

I recently moved here and it has been a GREAT experience ever since I first inquired. The staff has been extremely accommodating and I feel like I am more than just another resident here. I've had a couple small maintenance requests since I have been here and each time the staff has been extremely responsive and helpful. I'd recommend Woodsdale to anyone looking to come to the area!

Good location to interstate and shopping centers. Clean environment and feel safe. Friendly neighbors. Laundry room conveniently located in every building that can be updated via app. Recycle and trash dumpsters close and satisfactory parking. Apartments in Harford County are often ridiculously expensive. When my girlfriend and I were looking to move in together, we settled on this complex because it fit our budget. After a year and a half of disgusting facilities, smoke-filled staircases and horrible water we finally left. The maintenance staff would usually come on time in most instances but was less than communicative and often attempted to blame us as residents for the broken or faulty equipment. This neighborhood is so clean and peaceful. The huge trees that line and shade the streets add to the serene feeling you'll experience here at Woodsdale. I lived here 26 years ago and it was so nice that I decided to come back. Conveniently located right on I95 makes commuting quick and easy. I have spent 4 years living at Woodsdale Apartments. If you are someone who doesn't need a lot of amenities this might be the place for you. HOWEVER, I unfortunately cannot recommend this community. In my 4 years living there i never made one late rent payment, bothered the maintenance, or complained to the office about noise or trouble in my building (which there was a lot of). Whenever I had to deal with the office staff it was simply a horrible experience.
