I recently moved into this apartment complex. My apartment has been infested with fleas for 2 weeks (I do not have any pets) . I called the emergency maintenance line on a weekend and no one responded I was only able to get someone on the phone Monday morning when I called again, 48 hours later. The landlord sent a exterminator who failed to get rid of the fleas. It has been a week and a half since the first exterminator came and they have yet to call a second. 1. joe the maintenance man great repour friendly respectful this guy gets the job done as long as u get in a request if you just see him and have any question if he cant answer right then he will get info to update and let you know the other maintenance men are good as well but joe is the guy..... this is a mostly very laid back place....very close to fast food restaurants and schools and grouchy stores and shopping plaza....good upkeep with indoor and outdoor pools... gym room stays clean.....respectful and helpful management at front office..... overall nice place to stay.... If I could give less than one star I would! The apartment is nothing as is being advertised.. entry to the apartments smell, to begin, the unit had dead bugs all over and things were falling apart in the filthy kitchen! I had the keys for less than 10 minutes and had to get out of the lease and Tasha did not hesitate to cancel, Thank you Tasha! My big issue now is that I am yet to get back my deposit and each time I call I get a run around the mill, got another number from the office and all it goes is to a voice-mail system... At this point I am ready to consult my lawyer as this is too frustrating

At this point really considering a lot of options including breaking our lease …. Our new property manager Tasha is really doing all she can dealing with the problems we’ve had before and after she’s come here but I’m really so tired of living here. Last 4 months feel like I’m living in hell , If it’s not one problem it’s another with this apartment. I hate it here

I actually liked the place when I lived there 3-4 years ago, the BIG problem is coming up now. I left the apartment and I received a phone call from a debt collector. I told them to send me the details of what I needed to pay. I can't just pay an amount without knowing what it is for. They mailed me a different contract, not mine, it was a totally different apartment and name. See picture. Nobody else called me so I assumed it was just a mistake. Well now 4 years later, I come to know that the debt is still there!!!!! Let me just say that I'm not from here, so all of this credit history/credit

This community has gone completely downhill since their change of management. It takes them months to address any sort of maintenance request. They do not maintain the property to any sort of standard, and they show an utter lack of professionalism by providing the answer “sorry, we only have one maintenance rep”. I waited 2 months to get a garbage disposal fixed, their “after hours” maintenance line failed to dispatch someone to fix my air conditioning, and I have now been waiting 4 months to have my ice maker fixed. My lease started March of this year. It has been nothing but issues. My AC unit has not operated consistently since I’ve moved in. I also have a terrible pest control problem. They sent a pest control guy out but he didn’t do a through job spraying my apartment. Getting in contact with the leasing office is like pulling teeth. They rarely answer and it takes maintenance awhile to get to your concerns. Sad to say but at this point in time I wouldn’t entice anyone to move into this Apartment Complex. I must say that I am really dissatisfy with the handling of my refund from my deposit. I have vacate the property six months to-date and yet to receive my refund. there is no sense of urgency. However, if I was late in paying rent interest would be added daily until payment is made. make no mistake when moving out, if you leave a pin they will charge you for taking it out. They will bill you for everything just to hold on to your deposit.

Our move in process was so easy thanks to the office staff. They are super friendly and always so helpful. They respond to maintenance request same day or at least in 24 hours. I had issues with my door not opening with my key and someone came immediately to fix it and was done in 30 minutes. Our building is pretty quiet and we have a nice view of the pond. I feel safe in the area we live as well. Our neighbors really look out for each other. We really enjoy our wood burning fire place too! For the money you spend here, you really get a good deal. The only thing I wish is that our kitchen was a
