He community has been great. It's very quiet and people are pretty friendly here. The maintenance is pretty top notch. The apartment was in good condition when I moved in. Everything is easy to manage with the resident portal. The only downside to me is that the only option for internet is Comcast. I'd like to have an option of a fiber pro

I just moved here and I love it .Very quiet and the property manager Ms Kelly and her staff is awesome she is all about the tenants and if you have a issue in your apartment she gets right on it. Most property managers tell you one thing and don’t do nothing Ms.Kelly and her staff I can’t remember the other girl name in the office but she is always happy. I love my cozy apartment it is so nice They need to renovate their office it’s very old looking

My family & I have been living here for over 3 years & my experience has been great. The office staff is awesome & very customer friendly. The maintenance crew always get back with you with any maintenance concerns. The complex has several different events for residence like end of the summer pool parties with a DJ. We have also had food trucks & how about the first 100 residents got to eat free. If you are looking for a place convenient to everything come check this place out!!

Recently moved into the community and the management is amazing! I love that it’s so clean and close by the lake so I can walk my dog everyday there. The neighbors are extremely friendly and overall I have had a really smooth move in process thanks to Vonya in the leasing office. Best apartments and manage my I’ve experienced!

It was a true honor having Ms. Clopton and Ms. Porter approve me for my first apartment. Me and my girlfriend moved in here about a month ago and I could not have had a better living experience. The wonderful ladies in the rental office are exceptionally professional, the maintenance personnel do their jobs quickly, and I have yet to see any pests in my apartment or anywhere on the premises for that matter. I could go on and on about how great my experience has been, from friendly neighbors to the phenomenal cleanliness of the grounds, but at that point, my review would just be too long. Thanks

Wonderful place that I am living. The floor plans are nice, pool, gym, gated grounds, parking, etc. Move in was easy and lots of friends here. It's quiet, the neighbors are courteous. It is super close to UMD. It's a VERY short drive to a grocery store, Gaint, ROSS, TARGET, KFL, Restaurant, etc. I love it. Great!!

Just moved into Charlestowne North on 09-01-2016. Brilliant location and close to the Greenbelt community Center with wonderful Cafe and live entertainment activities and sport amenities. Buddy Attick Lake is a wonderful attraction, 3 minutes walk from the Apartment foyer and you are on the lake. The management staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff promptly completed minor repairs on filing a request form. Also the online lease process is very user friendly application to use..
