A word of caution for prospective renters. We were supposed to rent one of the "underground" Junior studio unit. The whole unit was covered in MOLD. There was condensation on the AC units, and mold all over the refrigerator, closet doors, ceilings, and furnitures. It was horrifying and not fit for any living creatures. We decided to ask for termination of the lease. To be fair, they did let us out of the lease without penalty, however, kept our application and administrative fee despite our application was for this specific unit.

This was a great place for my sister this past year. The leasing office assisted me by letting me set up balloons in the clubhouse to surprise her for her birthday. They also came on the weekend to make her A/C blow colder while I was there. I would recommend them to others looking for off campus living.

Mice, rats, flickering lights, broken amenities, and their parking system here is terrible. There is no actual system, only distribution of parking passes that the tow "may" or "may not" check. Most staff are rude, save Jerry, and the other reviews are persuaded by gift cards. I would advise please do not live here, they charge you for damages you did not cause during move out as well.

Ii absolutely love University Club Apartments of College Park!!
The amenities are nice! The staff is nice! Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner! The prices of the apartments is very affordable!
The apartment grounds and building is kept clean.
Very close to the University of Maryland and on the bus line.

It would be in your best interest not to live or lease here. This place is HELL. They will give you a tour of the oversized model apartment yet most of the regular units are not as spacious. In fact, they are not suitable for two people. They offer gift cards as bribes for positive reviews. So any positive reviews can not be trusted.

Very sad google doesn't have 0 Stars. This place is the worst! First of all the staff is very rude and doesn't help with anything. People need training when answering phones. Besides the staff part I've been having issues the day I got my keys. I was without a dishwasher for 4 months! What kind of apartment complex does this? On top of that I had to call a locksmith on my own for a door problem they couldn't fix. The funny part is I had to pay $370 out of pocket for a problem they created. Ohhh and lets not forget about the part that I catch mice here almost every month! Living in these conditions

This has to be one of the worst places I've ever lived in. Read the lease very carefully they have ridiculous expectations on how to clean up the apartment when your lease ends. When I first moved into the building our rooms weren't even clean. Trash was lying around all over the apartment and dust was everywhere. The carpet had not even been vacuumed and the couch was completely destroyed. It took months to even get the bottom cushions replaced, but the entire couch was destroyed. These people have the AUDACITY to make us get the carpet professionally cleaned. They didn't even bother to clean
