Living here was a positive experience! It's a relatively quiet apartment building with a lot of nice amenities. I used the pool almost every day in the summer, and loved it! The apartment itself felt very nice and new. Whenever we [rarely] had a maintenance issue, it was always handled quickly and professionally. Additionally, Jas is great at his job! He always remembered our names and asked how things were going, and he was always super flexible and accommodating for everything we needed. Great apartment, great team, great place to live!

Honestly Jasdeep holds this place together and the service he provides is impeccable. He genuinely cares about the residences and responds in a timely manner. Jenna is also very good at taking care of you as well. The maintenance guys are AWESOME! Very friendly and made me feel at home. This was my first apartment in MD and it was a good starting point. There are things outside of management’s control, like bad tenants not obeying lease rules. This was tough because management does a great job at enforcement but some people genuinely don’t care. Would recommend living here in College Park!

My husband and I really loved living in Monument Villege at College Park. We made good memories here. Everything went well after moving in. Whenever we had issues, Jas helped us like a true friend. Until he is working here and when we come back to the States, we will definitely move in here again. 😊👍

Like the previous review mentioned, everything indeed started breaking down after new management took over. The elevator, the parking garage, the dog spa, the coffee machine--none of it works properly, and quite frankly, it just got to the point where it was not worth the "luxury" prices (ESPECIALLY given the pandemic-related restrictions on all the amenities).
The only saving graces--maintenance is prompt and quick, the building is only a few years old so it's still in good condition, and Jasdeep (front desk) is freaking awesome--quick to respond and genuinely wants to help.

I have lived here for 2 years and used to love living here. When the property was own by Buzzuto the staff felt like a friendly neighbor that listen to your needs and put the resident first. Now the property is owned by Foulger-Pratt and is the complete opposite. The management team is unresponsive and is very rude, taking days to respond to small requests, not handing mail and packages properly, and poor response time on important maintenance requests.
Above all in the height of the COVID lock down a maintenance man walked in to my apartment and immediately took off his gloves and mask when repair

I recently moved in and I absolutely love it so far. Management is great! Jasdeep is very friendly and has responded to all of my emails and calls in a timely manner. He has addressed every concern that I have had since before moving in until now. They also recently hired a courtesy officer to monitor the garage overnight. This is definitely a community that listens to their residents, I’m glad that I moved here!

Monument Village has been a great home away from home. The apartment units are very spacious and modern, the people are pleasant, and the dog community couldn’t be better. Also, management makes living here enjoyable and takes the worry out of our own hands. They respond quickly to our problems and are always on top of fixing issues within the complex. They are always eager to improve the community by listening to the residents. For instance, dog owners noticed that the dog park could be improved by putting rubber mulch for better hygiene, so they did! Also, this team is a joy to be around. They

The level of professionalism and care toward the residents here is beyond exceptional. The entire facility is extremely well kept from the parking lot to the hallways to the front office this is indeed a little paradise here in college park. The communication is open and welcoming. I'd recommend living here in a heart beat. My girlfriend and I enjoy where we live and it couldn't be any better. There is consistent activities for all residents whether you live alone or not and the staff is truly hands on. The community here is safe and I cannot stress extraordinarily beautiful.
