Honestly this apartment complex is really terrible. I would not recommend anyone live here unless they had absolutely no other options. The only benefit to living here is that utilities are included. Other than that it feels as though I live in section 8 projects. There are so many things wrong here. There are roaches and other bugs in the apartment, it's worse for me because I lived on the 1st floor. When I moved in so many things were broken that they had to refund me 200 dollars off of the first month's rent. There is no security on the premise, if there is a dangerous situation or neighbors

I just wanted to say that Martha is amazing 💜 she has helped me and my family have the most easiest and comfortable move in ever. She helped me every step of the way and made sure everything was smooth and easy for my move in .When I moved in it was like a blind date because I never seen the place I just took her for her word and she was so right about everything . Absolutely terrible apartment complex. The office does nothing about parking situation. Residents have more than 3 cars and park multiple utility/ work vans. Double park and there isnt any parking after 7pm. If you work late forget about getting a parking spot. Multiple complaints have beeb made and The office or property manager does nothing about it and they DONT tow like they said they do. Absolutely trash management. Do better!

I love being here. This is my home. I love all my neighbors. It reminds me of New York. I wish Ross would give incentives to the residents who take part in trying to improve our community. Maybe a couple of months of free rent would be nice. It would inspire residents to care for the community more just like myself. Thank you all for making this place a really great place to live. I pray that I will remain here until I get my first home

Mice and Cockroaches everywhere . My health is now declining a lot due to this issue of dirty diseases in mice and roaches . And they do not do anything to fix the problem . Contacted multiple times . Only way to fix this issue is to fully renovate the apartment and seal all gaps and holes . But they will not do that and rather let you die of a disease . I am currently looking for a new nicer apartment. I’m sorry but I have a paranoia to live with bugs and mice crawling around . I can’t live like this . Please do not move here especially if you have kids not safe at all .

I have one complaint and it’s a serious one. They usually cut the a/c off way too early! I understand utilities are included but to have your residents in extremely hot apartments is torture!! Today is 84 degrees and it’s going to be extremely hot all week, this is not a safe living environment. No matter how many fans you have the home is always uncomfortably hot. If you have kids please stay away from here, they don’t deserve to live under these conditions. I will be reaching out to the county in regards to this and hopefully get a resolution.

I have been living here for 3 years and I have no problems and if I did have any problems then they would solve the problem straightaway.
The neighbors are kind, there is a lot of available parking space and there is a nice play area for kids. However, some staff members can be very rude or unhelpful.

You guys messed with the wrong client will have this seven springs down to 1.5 stars and city contacting ross management. This apartment complex is a big safety hazard for people. They want you to wear a mask in the leasing office but have mice/roaches in every apartment. I know 3 people who live in this complex and all have cockroach or mice issues. I tried to be calm and work with you guys. you guys offer no solutions only excuses. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Save yourself the extra 100$ and move somewhere cleaner. There is holes all over my kitchen I had to purchase my own foam to seal up the holes and
