Being new to this process, I really needed someone knowledgeable and patient. Dana exceeded my expectations! We were cautious prospective first time home owners and referred to Dana Penuela from a friend, off the bat she listened to our concerns and didn’t push hard on buying a home but rather to just see what our buying power was. We quickly learned buying made a lot of sense and she hit the ground running with us. We joined the house hunt in June 2021 when more homes were starting to hit the market but bidding wars were still very much out of hand. Our experience with Dana and the Parsons team has been excellent. We are first-time home buyers. Dana made me comfortable to ask even the simplest questions.
