Cara and her healing hands gave me the most incredible massage experience! Just from the work she did on my arms alone, where she started, I felt like a new person. Her knowledge and technique are incredible!… I play guitar and I can already tell the difference when playing strenuous classical pieces. The pain in my shoulders, back and arms has disappeared. I'm not going to muscle through discomfort anymore- when I'm tweaked, I'm going to see Cara!

Cara has a very different approach, she not only releases the muscles but also the tissue that connects your muscles ligament and joints. This brings more fluid into the tissue resulting in better mobility,… posture and overall sense of being. She also pay special attention to the hands, feet and head, as a chiroptactor I greatly appreciate this extra level of care!!

Talk about healing hands! Cara worked on my husband and I yesterday. both living with multiple sclerosis, and we feel incredible today. She provides more than a massage.
