I provide therapeutic massages to residents and visitors Monday-Friday. In-office massages are available at my micro office Tuesday afternoons and all day on Wednesdays.

My name is Harmony, I'm the owner-operator. In 2006 I graduated from the California Holistic Institute as a CMT. Six years ago I decided to take a leap of faith and open up my massage business in Coronado.
Every massage is tailored for your specific lifestyle, wellness goals, and pain management. Each massage includes complimentary aromatherapy, an eye pillow, luxurious linens, a heated massage table, and a relaxing playlist. A rhythmic, circulatory massage that reduces tension using light-firm pressure to relax muscles, reduce stress, calm anxiety and increase circulation.
If this is your first time scheduling a mobile massage, you might be wondering how exactly does this work. I'll show up at your house carrying my massage table + bag. Setup takes me about 6-10 minutes, during that time I'll ask you questions regarding your health, and wellness goals. Then I will step out of the room and allow you to undress to your comfort level.
There are many causes for low back pain. Massage therapy is a great way to manage chronic low back pain without any negative side effects. Prior to your massage I will ask numerous questions: what is your pain level, when did the pain start, was there an injury or accident, how are you sleeping at night, does anything relive the pain, how active are you, and a few other questions.

Harmony came to my home with her beautiful comfy set-up. It’s been a while since I’ve had a professional massage and she delivered a very relaxing & relieving massage. She’s very gifted with her hands. She knows how to deliver deep pressure in the areas that need it most. Harmony took care of every detail from the heated table, the calming music, to the essential oil and lotion. My body is feeling refreshed! Already looking forward to my next massage. Harmony is always such a help to my body! She does a great job at really digging deep into my muscles (because I have very tight muscles that need a lot of pressure), and she is able to alleviate a lot of tension for me. It’s really convenient that she is mobile and can come to my house too! I’m always thankful for her after each of my appointments :)

My teenage daughter and I have both had massages by Harmony. I suffer from migraines that tend to come from stress in my neck and shoulders, among other things. Harmony did such a fantastic job relieving MUCH of that stress!
My daughter is a gymnast, so she often has sore muscles. I was hesitant to look for a massage therapist for her, as she is so young. However, Harmony was the perfect fit! We highly recommend her! She is professional, knowledgeable and really listens to and knows our needs. Thank you!!

Magical hands!! I don’t know how she does it, but my husband and I LOVE the way she works and always go back for more. My husband even wants me to learn from her, so he can have that same massage every day.
She provides a calming atmosphere that sets the mood to relax and enjoy some “me” time. I always leave feeling refreshed, loose and excited for the next time. I especially love how she tells me how my tissues are feeling, where I am feeling tight and how to help ease that tension.
