Services
So many women and men give of themselves every day in their selected industries. We know how hard it is to be away from family and to put country before self in the armed forces, constantly protecting our great nation. We are grateful for our active military, police officers and firefighters who courageously keep us safe every day, as well as those who are first to the scene to offer critical assistance.

Hello! Guess it's time for me to leave a review. As of Today(04/19/2021) I have been evicted despite the pandemic and emergency being in effect. Clearly They do not care and if I can help it, I hope anyone thinking to lease at any of their properties(Hunters Run, Austin Park, Austin Park Verde, Walnut Grove) will take an objective approach in where they live. I wanted to believe they cared but they refused to accept the free money the Government is giving. What kind of crazy you have to be to do that?! Now they expect me to move out and owe them? NOT for long...I have to file for bankruptcy and

Worst apartments in all of Louisville. Do yourself a favor and follow these terrible reviews and look elsewhere to live. There are no amenities any longer, you have to pay out of your own pocket to fix stuff that is covered by other apartment complexes, there is no apartment manager on-site and they never last long anyway, they will charge you an arm and leg for a deposit and then when you leave they will not only keep it, they will charge you even more for a worthless unit that is still decorated with original fixtures from 20 years ago when they first opened. If I could give them negative stars

You can never get in contact with anyone, they don't keep up with the landscaping(cutting grass, trimming trees and bushes, everything is airways overgrown), they don't spray for bugs, cats are constantly being broken into, the appliances are outdated and they will not replace them if they stop working, the dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage, there are absolutely no amenities and they keep raising the rent.

I am currently living an apartment and I have been dealing with problems. My stove is currently not working and I have written a request about the stove to be fixed as soon as possible. I later called the office to report the situation so that I could be able to report that my stove isn’t working and that I can’t cook food for my family. After numerous calls, the manager called Jessie had left me a message basically stating that I would get a CHARGE OF $25 fee for each time that I call the emergency line. I later called to basically state my situation he hanged up the call and stating to not

Lived here since 2018, this is the first time I’ve had an informative, attentive property manager! Thank you Alyssa for all of your help. There are things still to be worked out but you have made this process a breeze! So 5 stars for your customer service !!

Hi,
I just went through the application process last week. Only to have been approved on 01/06. Received all of the approval emails and had been able to log into the resident portal to see a move in amount of $1362 listed, due to the three day deadline to pay the reservation fee to hold the apartment, this had been paid 01/09. I received a call on Monday 01/11 from the move in specialist, Eric for him to tell me that in order to move in at my desired moves in date of 02/05 that my actual move in amount would be $3000 minus the $400 reservation fee. After expressing my concern that no one had mentioned

I moved out of these apartments after 3-4 months of complaining about my air not working and this issue was not fixed. Supposedly it was fixed several times for a day and then it started messing up again. They have one air conditioner for all of there complexes so they could not issue me the ONE air conditioner that they had because someone else was using it at the time. So I had to go OUT and spend my own money on one, which I used for the remainder of my stay in these apartments. Not only was I 7,8 and 9 months pregnant during this time..my daughter has bad allergies and breathing problems and

I lived there for 3 years and the owner’s are very deceitful. I was in the process of buying my house and they didn’t want to sign the letter needed to clear me. My Mom has just started dialysis and also lived there in a separate apartment. When we moved out they kept my deposit and and 2 two month’s rent because we left my son’s bed there and didn’t pick it up. We went to court and won. They took the keys that day, therefore we couldn’t get anything out or clean up minor issues, (stove, behind the refrigerator). They charged us over $2000 on top of the $2500 deposit and put us in collection’s

Moving out after 4 years. Over the last 2 years it has been horrible. The amenities that brought me there was taken away. The fitness room and the pool just gone. No maintenance people available. No office staff and they take for ever to respond if they respond at all. Now if anything break in your unit you are responsible to get it fixed or replaced at your expense. That's the luxury of renting an apartment that those things are their responsibility . They also expect you to get the carpet cleaned when you move. Please read everything on your lease before signing. Not even sure if all this is

DON'T MOVE HERE! I am currently renting a 2 bedroom and have BED BUGS!!! Management wanted to charge me for this and I didnt bring them in here, they were here from the last person who lived here. Plus, I found out from my neighbor that someone was murdered here. Management is HORRIBLE!!! Since the manager left, Paige, the new person, Leslie, is a night mare to deal with. She is RUDE and disrespectful. Never met such a nasty, miserable person in my life. My lease is almost up and I am outta here!
