I went here to get my hair cut by Kait. I showed her the photo of the girl in the heathered shirt as a reference (photo 1 -- see photo descriptions). Photo 2 is what I got. I ended up trimming the piece that was blatantly too long by myself. Later that night, a friend pointed out that the cut itself was completely lopsided (photos 3 & 4). I went back to Kait a couple days later to get it fixed and didn't feel like my concerns were heard. She cut the bottom to make it even, ignoring the fact that the layer around the bottom was also crooked, leaving me with photo 5 as a result. That being

Very happy with my haircut and style by Amelia at Studio W. She knew exactly what to do with my unruly hair. She listened to my concerns, cut my hair the length I wanted, and then showed me several different ways to bring out the natural curl after washing. Highly recommend her for anyone with naturally curly hair. Everyone at Studio W is professional and helpful. Also felt totally safe with their Covid protocol.

During the pandemic, my regular salon had limited hours and was booked solid for weeks. I looked around for a salon, any salon, with good reviews and an available appointment. I am SO happy with the services I got from Jennie. Well, fast forward to later and I think this is my new regular spot! Best haircut I've had in a long time, easy online appointment booking, no waiting on hold on the phone.

I brought my 9 year-old daughter to see Cait for her first short haircut ever. My daughter, P, is an active tomboy and it was time for a pixie! P was a little apprehensive about cutting her shoulder-length hair, but Cait helped us both feel super comfortable and at ease.

Amelia has been cutting my hair for years and I've never been disappointed! I have long, thick hair and she keeps it healthy and bouncy!!! She educates me about how to style and take care of it since I usually don't do much with my hair. The only person I'll trust to color, cut, or style. I highly recommend! Love her.

I got a black to caramel brown balayage from the salon owner, Jennie, and she was amazing with my hair! It was incredible how my hair went from a naturally jet black look to a rich and dimensional caramel brown with some blonde highlights.
Before dying my hair, she asked me questions concerning the look I wanted her to achieve and the desired look really matches my hair right now :) Jennie used gentle products on my hair so that it wouldn't do any major damage on it, which I really appreciated! I also bought some of the Kevin Murphy Hair Products that they had on sale; smells

Jennie has been cutting and coloring my hair for over a year. I'm always so happy with my hair after visiting her. She is not only so personable and sweet but also an incredibly talented artist. I often don't know exactly how to pinpoint my vision for color and Jennie jumps in, makes suggestions and ensures I'm satisfied and excited with the outcome.
Jennie is honest and always suggests what she believes is the best for your hair. Her salon is cozy and you feel like family when you walk in.

Truthfully I wish I was able to give a lower score. I had made an appointment to have the front of my hair dyed pink plus my bangs trimmed. This didn't require much work as I already had blonde present in my hair. The entire process was around 3 hours (they charge by the hour) and I was not the only client my hairdresser took during this time. By the end of it I still had bits of hair that were still blonde instead of pink, burns on my scalp, and my hairdresser didn't even want to blow-dry my hair before sending me out. I am speechless. Jenny did such an amazing job on my hair! I went in with my roots coming through and the last salon I went to had my hair come out to be a brassy blonde, so I decided I wanted to try Studio W! My sister gets her hair done there and Jenny did my mom's hair when I was a newborn. Just at a different salon. She even gave me my first hair cut! I found a picture on Pinterest, how I wanted my hair to look snd the highlights, and she did an even better job than the better. My experience was beyond amazing. The salon was very clean and sanitized, and I went home feeling the most beautiful

5 stars for Vikka's professionalism, unfortunately I hate the cut and there is nothing I can do but give it 2-3 months for growth and go back to my regular guy for some blending. Far too many face framing layers and incredibly uneven and blunt at the end which on thick hair looks bad. She cut almost 6 inches I'd say.
Otherwise, she was timely, attentive to balancing my cut with another client in foils. She was dressed professionally and is kind. She was knowledgable about the products she was using. I feel this salon and others that use Kevin Murphy products use far too many things in
