First time coming here and booked to get olaplex treatment for my very dry hair. Got greeted by Paula & she introduced herself. She's very friendly and made me feel right at home. After talking to her & asking for advice on a possible balayage, I ended up asking for a caramel tone. I was a little nervous cuz I haven't colored my hair in years, but Paula & Long (her assistant) made the whole process like a breeze. Last minute, I decided to get my hair done for the holidays. I have never been here before, but they have good reviews and an opening so I went for it, Everyone here was so nice, but my hair was completely ruined. I asked for curtain bangs. None given. They chopped 6-7 inches off the bottom straight across. No technique to it. I asked to touch up my roots and a money piece. Shade? We discussed a warm honey gold. Um? I ended up with a head full of beige (bordering white) highlights throughout my head. My hair was FRIED. Crunchy, overcooked...DEAD, DRY, and FRIED. They sold me to bottles of stuff

I think this is the best salon I've ever gotten a haircut at! I had Paula cut my hair and she knew exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly! She was so nice and I was extremely comfortable while she was cutting my hair. She's a perfectionist so she will make sure your hair is PERFECT. I am more than satisfied with how my hair came out. 100% would recommend and go back!

I wrote my first Yelp review as Paula went above and beyond for me. I found Q Cuts from Yelp and took a chance after seeing the wonderful reviews as I was in desperate need to find a new stylist after my previous one bailed on me last minute. I reached out to Q Cuts via Yelp and got a response shortly after. Paula was super kind and accommodating; I was able to get an appointment the next day.
Its been a while since I've been to the salon for a haircut and Paula reassured me that she'll take her time and give me the haircut that I'm satisfied with! I asked Paula for a long layered haircut with curtain bangs and she delivered! I am very happy with my cut :)

Paula is amazing!!! I was getting ready for a beach wedding and decided last minute to get my hair done. The appointment setter on their website is SUPER EASY. I came in and was greeted by Paula and her crew. I told Paula I was thinking about doing a balayage and I knew it was going to be expensive. Going through the process, I can see why. IT. IS. A. 1. They follow all covid protocols and constantly and I mean constantly disinfect before and after clients, keep the distance, use of mask just glorious! - I have been avoiding people for the past year and a half so when I tell you that the place is CLEAN I mean it!
2. The ambiance is so chill love the 80-90s music as a millennial in my 30s I highly approve of the music choices.
3. The chairs in the hair washing station give you a massage and it was the perfect relaxing atmosphere I've been needing.

After deciding to finally go blonde while away in turkey, I soon realized it was the worst mistake of my life!! My hair was completely dead and broken. After returning to the US I searched all over for a decent hair solon that knew what the heck they were doing! I came across q cuts from a friend and Paula really took The time and patience to explain and helped fix my damaged hair! Making the color more lively and fresh than ever! My sister recommended me to this place. When I walk in the manger she was very nice and very welcoming. Her name is Paula and I really love her service there. She is so friendly and very welcoming as well. She will go step by step if you are doing color which you see the picture here. I just love how she takes very good care of you and make sure you really like it and I can tell she takes her time and effort when it comes to your hair and make sure it looks very nice before you leave. Here's some pricing help if y'all were curious.
On my mid-back length, straight Asian hair. Going from a level 3-4ish medium-dark brown to a level 9 lift would have been $700 minimum. My hair is naturally medium-dark brown but my ends were still bleached to around a level 6 maybe (I'm not a professional, I just googled it).
I was glad Paula let me know before we started. I previously got a red ombré dye and trim for $200 at another salon I reviewed in Orange County. So this pricing was pretty shocking. I asked if going darker or doing a balayage/ombré would make it cheaper.

Fantastic! I went in for the first time on a Sunday morning. It was not busy. And you can book appointment online. I like the location because there are many places to eat or shop nearby.

I didn't expect much from a place I was trying for the first time. I left Q cuts really amazed and Happy. All thanks to Paula she did a great job listening to what I was asking for. I came in for a cut and some advice on my hair color. I wish I would of taken a before picture. Man we definitely did take an after one. I had work done in March for balayage and ombré on my hair at a different salon. But since then the color turned to orange, brown, some yellow and brassy tones. It was a hot mess and I basically wanted to even the color out. Now everything is even out and I lOVE the ash color

I was so pleased with my appointment with Paula, she was so helpful and gave me some amazing advice for my hair. May hair wasn’t the healthiest and even better I decided to cut my own hair two months ago, I couldn’t stand how uneven my hair was and the color was very boring. There’s only 3 stylists, but man... they were amazing! I loved the team work & communication between them. Super fun environment! Paula, Cathy, and I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that also helped me were so attentive, and personable. And Paula is HONEST girl! My hair is dark black and virgin to bleach so it was a first for me, it didn’t take the way she wished but I still loved the color I ended up with. Definitely recommend!

Thank you Paula for a FABULOUS haircut and I love it! I found this place via Yelp after searching endlessly for a stylist that's adhering to covid protocols. Q Cuts definitely exceeded my expectations. Upon entering, there's a huge bottle of hand sanitizer. Everything is disinfected. Since I arrived a bit early, I noticed that while Paula was taking care of another customer, there was another man sanitizing and wiping down the hair wash station.
I got my hair washed by the man (I didn't catch his name!) but he did a great job. I was completely relaxed in the massage chair while

Went in frowning came out smiling!!! My hair was dry, frizzy and all around NOT healthy unfortunately from using chemicals. Paula gave me such a good impression. She was so friendly and legitimately cared not only about my hair but me as a person. She is very good at what she does. I originally went in for a haircut and she suggested a conditioning treatment which was definitely needed I walked out looking like I was given a brand new hair set lol. So it's that time of the year when things are finally getting back to normal!! People can eat in side and get their hair done inside, like it should always be done!! Like I can't believe it started in March and now it's finally November!
