I sold three properties and just finished closing on an exchange purchase with this team. There is nothing to big to stop a sell from going though. The advise I received to sell our homes really paid off as well! We did minor upgrades to give the house major presents and curb appeal. And staging really went a long ways as far as how many people appreciated

I highly recommend Carolyn and her team if you are looking for a seller’s agent with years of experience and expert knowledge of the market in the Portland metro area. She has a great network of trusted contractors. We hired a painter and staging company she recommended and were very happy with each experience. Our house went on the market and sold very quickly with multiple offers above asking. This was 100% because of the hard work she and her team put in.
