Called last week and spoke with someone on the phone about a very specific apartment that was available. They took down my information and I asked them to please email me a map of the property with my apartment circled so that I could know where it is. They said they would. Several days passed and nothing. I called every day and the phone just rang and rang and rang. I left a message on their "Contact Us" form and they didn't reply. I call today and finally get in contact with someone and they tell me that the apartment has been leased. Okay, great. Then they have the gall to tell me that if I

I've lived here since 2017 and was VERY close to moving out when the old management staff was here. Around 2018 the management company changed from Orion to RAM. In 2019 RAM stayed as the management company, but thankfully did a complete clean out of the staff on site. The old staff was terrible (Heidi and Mandy were absolutely the worst to communicate with). The new staff isn't perfect (because who is?) but is overall very helpful and such a breath of fresh air!

I moved in a week ago and by day two the few fixes I asked for my unit were addressed by the knowledgeable and professional team here at Orion Prosper Lakes. John Newton managed every step of my application and move-in experience with the very best customer service. I’m happy that I made the choice to live here. We just moved in and so far Orion Prosper has been great! Everyone we have contacted has been nice. John is the BEST, super helpful and responsive!! He is always read to help and doesn't push it off on anyone like past experiences at other apartments. Super clean office and they leave out treats too :)

I have really enjoyed living here and I always recommend others! I love that they have a divided dog park for big and small pups, the garages attached to the apt is a huge plus! Very clean and always maintained landscaping. Quick to respond no matter what it is! Everyone is friendly and it’s very safe. The ponds are fun to fish in with the kiddos and makes for scenic walks around the community. Right across the street is the Middle School and very convenient to food and shopping. I definitely give this property 5 stars. If I didn’t own a house now, I’d definitely still live here. Leases are

Just wanted to let all residents at Orion Prosper Lakes know what an incredible management team and maintenance team we can call our own. I had a semi-emergency issue today this afternoon with my hot water heater and the rapid response shown by our maintenance team to rectify my needs! Again, the entire team was phenomenal and quick to fix my situation. Keep up the hard work you have always provided and extended to overcome the challenges I have experienced! I came in last week to get some info on renting a new apartment. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have too much time but I wanted information. John was so nice and helpful. He had such a great attitude and seemed like he really enjoyed his job! If I had to recommend anyone to come by and look I’d definitely tell them to meet with John. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Thanks for a nice experience.
