I have lived at The Enclave at Stonebrook for a year and a half. I love it. The staff resolves my concerns or repair needs promptly. I love my neighbors which adds to a sense of safety. The pool is fantastic, and the rent is reasonable for Frisco. Parking can be an issue, but it's not bad enough to be a deal breaker. Overall, a great place to live.

I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the best. Maintenance keeps up the grounds and responds quickly to requests, office staff is friendly and caring (most apartment office staff are not so nice), and the apartments themselves are nice and updated. There are green spaces around the buildings which gave kids a place to run and play, which is so rare in apartment living. Highly recommend!

This is a nice community to live in. The staff has stayed the same throughout our entire lease (which for us is unheard of). They're all super friendly, neighbors were friendly with the exception of some very VERY noisy people, just not bring considerate of others. Courtesy Officer was very friendly and efficient. Maintenance was very fast and if they couldn't fix the issue they would contract someone else out as quickly as they could.

We moved in this apartment on 20th and now more than 1 week is over still the air-conditioner is not working . Nothing has been done since that after several maintenance requests they said they have contractor to fix this issue.but there is no ETA for that. My wife is 35 weeks pregnant could able to sleep at night the temperature outside is 82F. I think we made a wrong choice moving into this community.

I lived at other complexes in Frisco, staff were always up tight and gave discomfort to ask for services.Chastity and Melissa (front office) are always helpful and they are super friendly. Rudy, the maintenance supervisor, is always willing to help. Great place to live! Been here for 12 months now and still going.

What a great place. When I first came to the office to rent an apartment for my son I met Melissa the leasing consultant. She is just an amazing lady with a warm welcoming smile . She would go the extra miles to help the tenants and she is very kind and nice. The maintenance is just fabulous and parking never is an issue. The manager Cindy is just the sweetest helpful manager. She has helped my son with his renewal and really she was there when we needed her. I also want to mention that when my son needed to discuss anything about the lease Melissa was there to help him and offer him the best service
