I lived at the apartments for 13months and it was during a really tough time in my life. Everything around me was insane but i had my peace at home. The staff was absolutely amazing. I only had a few maintenance request but when I did any issue was resolved immediately or within 24hrs. Maintenance helped me install my ring doorbell. If I ever had questions or concerns they were prompt to assist. The property is clean and well maintained. I enjoyed they gym, it was never too crowded and always clean. The community is also great. They often have food trucks come out and other community events like

Granted I have only lived at the Avenues for a short period of time, however before and post move in I experienced nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service, professionalisms and caring from all members of the staff, in particular Courtney the Community Manager, Lisa, and the entire maintenance staff (Nelson, Fernando, hot Juan!) Their level of customer service is exceptional. Usually service requests are fulfilled same or next business day, after hours emergencies are responded to very quickly and there's a genuine level of concern for the residents and the property. The grounds and amenities are beautiful

Maintenance staff responded same day to my leak under the sink. They were very polite. Had to order a part, but got it here same day and fixed the job! They left a clean area when they were finished.
The office staff is incredibly kind, and very professional. We just moved here 1 month ago and we LOVE it here! :)

Just renewed my lease for a 3 year here at the Avenues at Craig Ranch. The maintenance staff is so friendly and take very good care of the grounds and are very quick to address any issues I have with my apartment. Many of my neighbors have been here for several years, too, which is nice. Love the proximity to the greenbelt and the pool is also nice. Some tenants don't always take as good care of the community as they should (particularly the dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs, even though there are waste receptacles all over the property!) but that reflects on them, not the Avenues.

I have lived at the Avenues at Craig Ranch Apartments since 2013. In all that time, I've never had any issues beyond normal maintenance issues. Those issues are resolved most of the time within a day. The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful. And maintenance staff is ready to assist you when ever they can. I enjoy living here. You will too.

I just moved in over this past weekend, and I'm extremely impressed so far. My neighbors are all friendly, laid-back folks, the property is beautiful, and the rent was fairly priced. I needed to move quickly, and the staff in the office was AMAZING, consistently going above and beyond to help me pull off a quick move-in.

I’ve been living here for 2 years, and I’ve never had an issue! Office management is super friendly. Maintenance is great, they are always nice and helpful. Erin has been super helpful and sweet throughout these past years living at Avenues! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Also, the area is nice you have have a mall and shopping centers not too far away! :)

Currently moved no longer a resident at Avenues of Craig Ranch as of 3/22/21. However I could not leave without expressing how accommodating, helpful and courteous the staff there are. From Management to Maintenance I would definitely refer this property to anyone seeking a new residence. I had the opportunity to live at this property over a year and a half and have not ONE complaint regarding maintenance request, package hunting (Amazon) assistance or a concern I may have had..... Thank you!!! You Guys ROCK!!!!
