I recently moved to Texas and have been searching for the perfect place to call home and The Adley is it! I toured with Mike and he was AWESOME; definitely wrapped the bow on an already beautiful community. The entire staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with were welcoming and seem to genuinely care for their community and residents. The grounds and homes were well kept and the property is in a great location. If you're looking for your new home, search no farther.

A couple miles north of the 121and the property is close to a park with walking trails. The management staff are professional, friendly, and kind. Any time I made a request, they, respond as quickly as possible. They keep the property clean and orderly.
The new property manager, Yvette, joined a great group of individuals who strive for excellence.
And so far, Yvette shows that she's can pickup the mantle and lead with excellence too

Expect insane rent increases (hundreds of dollars) problems with trash and an abundance of noise.
Update: In response to owners comment, we did speak to you about the insane rent increases and you were not accommodating. And it was certainly a hundred plus dollars for even the cheapest lease terms and more for a regular 12 month. Levy is my preferred (middle) name, maybe that's why you are having trouble searching for me? As for the trash, I will take a photo next time. There are many reviews about the trash issue and overflowing dumpster so while you may not have had recent complaints (today

I’ve been living at the Adley for sometime now I don’t see myself moving anytime soon the property has been quiet the neighbors have been friendly! The office staff is more than helpful and everything is done in a timely manner that is convenient for me! I have no complaints about the Adley and can’t wait until summer to enjoy the pool again! For now I get to enjoy the other amenities!

Large bedrooms with walk-in closets are wonderful! Refrigerator with ice maker a definite plus!! Great pet friendly community. Staff members are polite and helpful, very responsive. We have enjoyed the 1 and 1/2 years we have been here and just signed renewal today for another year!! Thank you The Adley at Craig Ranch for making us feel at home!
