July 8th I reported a very serious matter I experienced (ladies be careful).The General Manager never reached out to me as promised. The AGM did originally stating it would be handled yet NO UPDATE. The last answer I received was I.T was looking into it and that was due to me following up. I had to request my postal key to be remade FOUR times. For weeks the garage door was not working. For weeks the elevator in the lobby has been down. The front door is recently requiring your fob be used to enter the lobby area (this was not working previously). I put in a request to have my shower head fixed

If you’re looking for an apartment in the Frisco area, I highly recommend Waterford Market. I have lived in several apartments but I have never lived anywhere that I loved more than here. First of all, it’s in an awesome location, within walking distance to restaurants, Frisco market, Toyota stadium, etc. and the apts. are SO cute! BUT here’s what’s most important…the kindness, care, and services you receive from this amazing staff!!! Since we moved in we've had very little issues. We ran into our first issue yesterday regarding our parking garage door being broken. In most cases this wouldn't be an issue, but due to the Frisco Fair being so close we've had a bunch of people who don't live here using our garage as parking for the fair.
When we came home we noticed a group of teenagers, who when asked did not live there. To make the matter more concerning they were intoxicated and left all their trash in the parking garage. I care deeply about my vehicle and any random damage that may occur to it, so this was a huge red flag

I absolutely love it here! best apartments complex I have lived at! Great management makes a huge impact with our experience. Anytime I have an issue it is taken care of swiftly and the office staff is SO friendly! Especially Brenda she always goes above and beyond with any request we have. My fourteen year old son and Maxie my dog Agree with me 100%!!!

So far so good, loving it and just moved in 2 days ago. The area is awesome, the staff is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Brenda and Josh have been awesome and have made this big move extremely easy and headache free. We’re looking forward to living here and making new memories. 💙"

We were one of the earliest to move in - first 10% were supposed to receive concierge services free once up and running. After 1.5 years there, no concierge services. #1 issue was maintenance, & the fact that the supv lied 3 times to my face (once w/Asst Mgr there) & tried to throw my husband under the bus multiple times by saying he told him. Husband didn't appreciate this one bit when he NEVER spoke to the supv. He'd also have his team lie about what they put in at close of ticket. I responded back a few times about not accurate documentation. Warranty issues were never fixed

To my surprise, my application was in a 'review' point, because the screening company Waterford uses called, Leasing Desk Screening, said I owed a previous apartment complex. I called my previous apartment getting a letter in writing showing that this information was incorrect and that I had no pending or open balance with anyone. I submitted all of

I toured this beautiful community recently with Lauren Payne the Leasing Manager. Lauren was extremely professional, masked, kind and very knowledgeable, she went the extra mile explaining not only amenities but great places in the area and the benefit of the Farmer's Market next door.
It is evident to me that Lauren is very familiar with her community and loves her profession. It is reflected in the way she carries herself, answers questions and engages in a caring and authentic manner. She is someone I would love to have on my team. What a star.
