We have been working with Gerren and Megan at New Seasons for close to 10 years now. They managed our property in Hemet and have done a terrific job. We do not live in the US so having someone look over our investment is very important. Even with the different time zones, Gerren managed to connect and coordinate with us on time.

This review is long overdue. New Season Properties has been managing my 2 rentals in Hemet, 1 of them for around 8 years. Gerren, Megan and everyone I work with there are great. I don't worry about these rentals at all because the PMs know what they are doing and are very helpful. I don't like writing reviews but I had a very bad experience with another property manager; so, I just want to differentiate New Season Properties from the bad PMs.

From the very beginning the process was fast and efficient. I was going through a divorce and I was staying with a friend while I searched for my own place. The agent told me exactly what I needed to do to expedite the review and approval process, she followed up w me on time and as scheduled! Once I moved in, I noticed the house was extremely clean, new paint, etc very well kept up in my opinion and as such I felt it was my obligation to keep up w the house as if it was my own. What a sham. New Seasons Properties is an awful company. Many of the reviews here are fake. If you match them up with their Yelp reviews its interesting to see how many of them are based in San Fransisco and the reviewers have only written one review. Likelihood of that? 0%. So four people rented in Temecula and moved to San Fran? Highly unlikely. Anyway to get to my review Slum Lord sums it up. Deposit willfully withheld on many occasions with zero reasoning according to the many true reviews written.Apparently Gerren and his team do not understand Tenant Right and Landlord obligations in California

I did fall in love with one of their properties but was put off by the lack of communication. I inquired , applied and tried to tour the property to no avail. By the time I heard back some time later they said the property was pending an application -even though I did a drive by as I was told to by New Seasons and yet saw that tenants were in process of moving in. I believe the email was to placate me since a ball was dropped somewhere. I will say the gal was polite and apologetic in email , I just wish she was forthright so no time was wasted on my end. In the end I found a beautiful spot in Murrieta

Truly an awful experience from start to finish. Gerren Parker is a difficult and unyielding man. It took forever to fix anything and and they were always trying to put the cost on to me. The garage door sensor failed to work. The sprinkler system failed to work. On a more than 10 year old property. How is the tenant responsible for that? The a/c broke three years in a row and each time at the at the same time of year, summer of course. It took two weeks to get the air-conditioning fixed in triple digit heat and I still paid full rent but I was unable to stay in the unit during the day. I understand

I rented an apartment managed by New Season Properties for several years and it was a great experience. Any questions we sent over to Gerren or his team were answered quickly. We had one emergency plumbing situation and he was super helpful in fixing it quickly and getting the owner to fix the issue. When renting or owning, some things are bound to go wrong, but it was great having a management team that cared.

Great people to work with !
When we moved to Murrieta from San Diego, from day one Barbara went out of her way to make it happen. She found the house that was ideal for us and stayed with us throughout the whole process. After we moved in she was always available and when we needed her was happy to drop on buy to help.

We leased a house from this management company to say the least it feels like I manage their property. Never return calls, 2.5 month to fix the garage door, multiple repairs not responded too, and then call us to be rude after leaving several messages and failing to have managers call us back. The funny thing was the gentleman that was rude claimed to be the head of the staff. I would recommend never doing business with this property management company. We told them that we had foreclosures notices on the house and were told nothing they can tell us, ignored the issue until we escalated multiple

Me and my daughter looked at a property that she was interested in renting. Met with Barbra, home looked decent, so my daughter alone with her sisters decided to apply. They all submitted the information that was required. We were told by Barbra, and per their website, that they would verify rental and work history, and then they would send a link to have their credit ran. Totally didn't go that way (lies, deception, racially bias)! Yes, the race card is on the table, because it is very much alive and true here. My daughter's credit was ran without a link being sent for their permission

This is the best as it gets! I am now living in my second house I have leased through New Season Properties and I am still amazed by their professionalism; while making you feel you are important. Every time I have a service or repair request, they always have responded in a quick manner and have taken care of the situation. When I leased my first home from them for about 3 years, the owners of the home decided not to renew the lease because they wanted their home returned. We lived in a property under the management of New Season Properties for three years. Gerren, the manager, was very polite and respectful every time we dealt with him. Even when we had problems with rent or other things. Most of our maintenance problems were dealt with quickly, especially when things like water or electricity were involved.
