Ended up getting us everything we wanted and them some. Steven and Melissa came out to our home months before our scheduled listing date to get an assessment on rental potential. Just before listing the property and after moving across the country we decided to sell instead of rent. From 2,500 miles away, they managed all of the work necessary to prepare the home and it sold quickly for more than we were expecting. Friendly, flexible, and professional, they did everything we needed and expected including help navigating through the process with difficult agents on the other end, multiple home inspections

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. In 2015, I had to move, and was extremely weary on property management companies after hearing numerous negative stories. I don't know how I stumbled across this company, but they were a life saver. I can't stress enough how helpful they were in making my life so much easier as a landlord. Especially being in another state. Everything happened as described. They were very proactive, involved me when I needed to be. An outstanding business and excellent communicators. As a Realtor and Investor, I only hire to Crown to manage my rentals. They make the process hassle free and I never have to worry about anything regarding my rental or the tenants. Great management company. Steve and Melissa Kelly provided me and my family a sense of loyalty and they provided me reassurance that my home was taken care of all the way from Okinawa. This was important as I had to trust them via telephone from overseas. Both Steve and Melissa worked diligently to get my home ready to rent within the month it was listed. Once I decided to sell my home after my overseas duty, Melissa was awesome and I did not have to worry about anything and she made the experience very easy and literally no stress. When we were looking for a property management company to rent out our property I checked yelp first. The ratings for this company are mostly rated with 5 stars. Both Steve and Melissa took time out to meet with us at our house. They are told us about their company and how the property management system works and what to expect. The experience and education they both have it is not hard to see why this company is rated highly. A very professional company, I have no doubt that if anyone who wants to rent out their property or even rent a home will be happy they choose Crown Property Management

Melissa and Steve of Crown Property Management made my sister's and my life so much easier. We had a horrible property manager prior to contracting with Crown. Even though the previous tenants, and the previous property manager, destroyed our house with severe dog damage, Melissa and Steve found us a lot of vendors to help fix up our place, put it on the market and set us up with a great renter. They managed all the day-to-day details, and ensured we always received our rent.

Our company has been contracted by Crown Property Management for over three years. We've had nothing less than an awesome experience with Melissa an Stephen Kelly. After my father passed away they helped us get the house ready to rent, found a tenant and provided great service when we needed something repaired. Great company. They offer helpful advice to get your home ready to rent and screen applicants so you don't have to. But the best thing about Crown is their communication.
