Since 2004, Michelle Ross and associates have been helping property owners in and around the Murrieta and Temecula Valley and surrounding neighborhoods get the most out of their investments with our hands-on approach to property management.I was born and raised in Long Beach, CA and attended Cal State University Long Beach where I received my bachelor's degree.

We handle taking the pictures of your property and all of the advertising. We screen all of the applicants, following all Fair Housing Laws. We check credit, income, rental history, etc. and then discuss the results with you, the Owner, to determine the most qualified applicant for your home. We will tell you our opinion, but ultimately, it is your home, and we feel that you should have a say in picking the applicant to live there.
If you just need us to find you a qualified tenant, we offer our Tenant Placement services. Personally showing the property to pre-screened parties (we NEVER give out lockbox codes). We offer a basic package for property owners with minimal needs which includes collecting the rent and processing repairs.

We are very happy with the service provided by Michelle and Jensen Property Management. She is very responsive, is great at screening potential renters and collaborating with us to make a good decision on who to rent to. When the house does come up for rent, she lists it promptly and it has never been vacant for more than a few days. She also has a list of competent local contractors that respond quickly to any problems that come up with the house. Their record keeping is also top notch.
