Dan Moore is our PM. Dan has been helping us for a year or so. During the recent tenant transition, Dan understood the market and our house value and set a reasonable rent level which attracted many applicants. Dan also gave us good suggestions on how to prepare the house. Dan has been collecting rent and strictly enforcing late penalties . Dan is friendly, patient and very professional.

Management One has been our property manager for more than 5 years now and Dan and Ana are reliable. They always took care of any issues that needed to be fixed without needing us to be on site. We have no problem contacting them thru emails or phone and they are prompt at addressing our concerns. We are very happy with the service they provide.
