At Taylor Brook Animal Hospital your pet will be treated with dignity and respect. We are uncompromising in our standards of care. This is especially important in the area of pain management and sick patient care. We have comprehensive capabilities with radiology, an in-house laboratory, full-scale surgery, and dentistry.
She is originally from New Hampshire but grew fond of Maine life after completing her undergraduate years at the University of New England where she received a BS in Animal Behavior. She recently relocated to Lewiston where she lives with her boyfriend and their two cats, Sidney and Sully. Her horse, Bruno, of 10 years also made the move to Maine with her.
At Taylor Brook Animal Hospital we have the honor of doing work that makes a profound difference in the lives of animals and our clients. In supporting this mission, TBAH strives to provide an enlightened and compassionate work environment for our employees. We also have a shared set of core values and principles that join us in a common direction and guide our daily interactions and practices.
Based on the pet's age and breed, the issues facing your pet will be discussed. We believe that educating owners on the various conditions that can afflict their pet will help them recognize these conditions should they arise. If indicated your pet will have the necessary immunizations and we will address the various seasonal concerns for pets.
It is not lost on us that many pet owners are concerned about vaccines. We are adamant about doing no harm and this is especially true for cats. We follow the most current recommendations set forth by the American Veterinary Medical Association, The Association of Feline Practitioners, and the American Animal Hospital Association.

I am over protective of my dogs, and I pour my everything into my animals. I have been with TBAH for many years and with Dr. Sanders for just as long. The care and compassion that she shows to my puppies are amazing. Dr. Sanders always takes time to make sure that we understand what is happening and answer all our questions. I will never take my Anatolians anywhere but TBAH. Thank you for caring for my babies like they were your own Dr. Sanders!!

I've been a client of Taylor Brook for over 7 years and am so grateful for the care and compassion that Dr. Sanders and staff have displayed with all my German Shepherds over the years. The front desk is courteous and knowledgeable and all the technicians are professional and informative. Dr. Sanders takes the time to get to know your pet and address their needs in an educational and conservative way while explaining in great detail any and all options for the well-being of your pet.

I can not say enough good about this facility. I have taken my dogs here for 11+ years and always have had excellent care. I have never seen such kindness and compassion as Dr. Lane when we had to put our beloved Bella down. I will never forget how wonderful she was to me and my son at that time. I was so depressed after Bella was gone that my son bought me a dog for Christmas, Little Frankie. I just adore my little dog and will only have Dr. Lane for all his care. Little Frankie is being neutered next week and Dr. Lane called me to tell me his bloodwork came out fine. I told her I was nervous

We have been seeing Dr. Sanders for over a decade, and she is the best of the best. Thorough, caring, and patient, she always takes the time to fully discuss the health of my pets and outline treatments when necessary. The staff at Taylor Brook are top notch, as well; they make everything so easy and are so helpful and friendly. In the past couple of years they have started offering the Vaccines For Life program, which is a huge savings for us with multiple animals in their care. It's obvious that everyone there truly loves animals and they are always treated like family.
