Highly recommend! Claudia helped us find & purchase our first home last year and was very patient and helpful in answering our many questions as first-time buyers! If i could, I'd give them 50 stars. This is the second time we use this team, for selling and buying concurrently and the level of professionalism and loyalty and team work Claudia had shown is truly unprecedented. I cannot thank her enough to pull me thru a very complicated transaction, always keeping a smile and positive attitude. She went the extra 100+ miles for us. We used the Ryan Ahearn team for listing out property for rent in UTC and our interaction was with Claudia and Sierra from his team was very smooth. They were very prompt in their responses, virtually stage the property, list the property in few days, handled all tenant screening, showings and walk through promptly and professionally. Their rates were reasonable and walked me through various options patiently. We were able to find a tenant and finalize a contract with in 3 weeks of listing. I am very happy with Ryan's team and will certainly be using them in the future again.

In a challenging time to sell a home and move to a different city, Ahearn was a great help. Starting with a clear understanding of the contract to an excellent open house to helping getting the house sold, the team was always there to guide the process. Claudia, Sierra and Ryan were a pleasure to work with moving thing along when difficult decisions needed to be made. I was especially thankful for the extra help in selling items before moving, keeping us on tract for the move we were about to make and pushing a little harder to make things happen with Caronavirus looming to slow everything down

Purchased a home in Tierrasanta with Ryan and his team acting as my agent. I’ve never had such a great experience as I did with Ryan’s team. They’re responsive day or night, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Ultimately, I didn’t have to pay a thing out of my pocket and he even connected me with awesome finance folks once I had a falling out with my first loan company - saving me thousands in interest a year. You can’t have someone better and the whole team genuinely looks out for you. Will be point all my friends and family in his direction in the future.
