Beautiful, well kept property. The staff takes concerns of residents seriously, and seems to genuinely care.

They claim damages when you leave and dont have proof. Then they ignore you and never get back with you

It was fine when we lived there but moving out has been a nightmare. Almost a month after we moved we got there list of damages. They charged us over $600 to completely replace the carpet in the two-story townhouse we rented. Carpet that was already 5 years old. They said we cut it and we disagreed asking to see pictures. At first we tried to be… nice thinking maybe we over looked something, they said they would email us the pictures. Nothing. A few days later we called back and again they agreed to email us the pictures. And again nothing. This continued for several months until suddenly

The maintenance staff is awesome, the office staff always go out of there way to make me happy, I recommend this complex to anyone.

I've lived here about 1 1/2 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. The neighborhood seems safe and is near grocers.

The staff is really good. Close to shopping center. Maintenance staff are very quick and friendly. Very nice apartment.Overall stay is very good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I love the space I get in my apartment and the quietness of the neighborhood. Also very convenient location. Only thing I would recommend is checking your apartment thoroughly before moving in. I had a big issue with smoke...and the whole proceeds was very inconvenient. The office quickly resolved it however.
