Services
The application fee is $45 per lease holder and guarantor. Minors do not pay application fees. We only accept certified funds for application fees and security deposits. When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for the other applicants or co-signers, so please plan accordingly!
For the safety of our prospective residents and our team members, we are conducting virtual and in-person social distancing apartment tours. Please schedule your tour below and we'd be happy to give you a personal video tour through FaceTime or Ring Central Video Meetings. In-person social distancing apartment tours will need to be arranged with your leasing specialist ahead of time.

If you set yourself up for auto-pay, navigate through your resident account to the payments section, you should see a recurring payment section and you can cancel or edit it there.

Welp I been here for about 2 months now and I thought it might have been a challenge moving from my old place (somewhere else) to this one bedroom spot. It's actually been very pleasant, to the move in to my lovely neighbors. It's peaceful here. The office staff are efficient!! Oh and snow removal, I just love it💙❤
(Update) I been here 14 month now and renewed my lease. No regrets honestly, the staff have the same understanding, respect and support since day one! Maintenance still on top of their jobs🙂 snow removal always a plus and they keep up with the lawn when time to! Just awesome

We have lived here for years and they're awesome. The girls in the office and maintenance people do their very best to go above and beyond for us tenants! And they're affordable and clean! I love how everything is being revamped and fixed up. No complaints from us! We are loving the new management and their strides to make sure we have a happy home. We love it enough that we Just resigned our lease. It's been a long and happy stay here at estates on main! It's amazing!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I still don’t have any complaints. The grounds are always kept nice and trash is picked up a few times a week. Maintenance usually has a fast response time. During the summer my A/C unit went out and I had to wait a week for them to get a new unit but they were courteous and gave me a portable A/C until mine came in. Staff is always great whenever you give them a call

Relocating from PA to Ohio is an overwhelming experience in itself..Estates On Main made the transition smooth and easy. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive to any request. I love my apartment / townhome. My neighbors are friendly and respectful and I feel absolutely safe because they have security patrolling the complex during the nights!!! I would not have chosen any other place… Estates on Main is very close to the major highways, shopping plazas and schools. You won’t regret choosing this as your home!!! I have no complaints living here

I love living here at Estate of Main, I love it because the staff is extremely nice and helpful to us we we need them. I use to live out here before in 2018 stayed for 2 yrs, moved out and came back again this year in September. I wished I never left. But big thanks to Whitley, Amanda, and Ken the maintenance, and the rest of them thank you for having us back !🙂

I would like to acknowledge Amanda Buccila for a great Customer Service done. I lived on Estate on Main for two years and moved to another apartment office but anytime I call the office on Main for anything and get Amanda on the phone, the reception is always special. After I left, packages has been delivered to the office, she always take the time to call and have me pick it up. You just don’t receive that type of warmth service when you no longer live in the Apartment. Even though the place is not that great, the service in the office is perfect. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever considered living in. They will show you a nice apartment when your looking to move there and the actual one you live in is a completely different story. I arrived with my boyfriend to move him in on his move in date and the apartment was a complete disaster. The apartment they expected him to live in was not livable in any way. The ceiling was falling down and you could see mold and rot inside. The toilet was completely rotting and falling apart. There was a gooey substance all over the cabinets. The dishwasher wasn't bolted down whatsoever

Maintenance is good and responds same day which is really nice.
The property manager, Megan, is pretty nice and got me approved within about an hour.
Its a quite neighborhood, set back off Main St a little.
Would like to have assigned parking but it's first come first serve and some people park right in the middle of the parking lot or right in front of the steps leading down to the downstairs apartments.
