My name is Jeff Caporaletti, certified inspector and owner of All in One Property Inspections. I began inspecting homes out of an intense desire to make sure every homebuyer I work for understands what they're buying. My background is 20 year's experience as a journeyman electrician, a landlord and also a home builder.

A home inspection is a visual inspection of the exterior, structure, roof, garage, attic, basement/crawlspace, plumbing, electrical.
Radon is a radioactive gas that emanates from rocks and soils and tends to concentrate in enclosed spaces, such as underground mines or houses. Radon can be found buildings of all kinds. Soil gas infiltration is recognized as the most important source of residential radon. Other sources, including building materials and water extracted from wells, are less important in most circumstances.
Molds are usually not a problem indoors, unless mold spores land on a wet or damp spot and begin growing. Molds have the potential to cause health problems. Molds produce allergens (substances that can cause allergic reactions), irritants, and in some cases, potentially toxic substances (mycotoxins).

Need a property inspected? Don't give it a second thought, call All In One Property Inspections, LLC. Jeff showed up on time and throughly inspected the property I'm considering buying. He was very honest and forth coming about everything he saw wrong and good with the property. But he didn't let me fly his drone and that was disappointing.

My house was recently inspected by this company. They set off the security system and just left. When i showed up lights were on the equipment was set up and no one was there. I got the report back and I went to check some of these claims out. They claimed a vent was loose from a wall. When I checked it had been ripped from the wall. One of the blinds on my windows was knocked off and just laying up against the wall, in the inspection it says there are no carbon monoxide detectors or smoke detectors and in the pictures posted of the house you can very clearly see a carbon monoxide detector in the

When you are buying a home, you need a thorough inspection. In our case we needed it to take place quickly. Jeff was there the next day. He did it right, brought in extra machines to test radon in a large basement. I can attest to his character, and his experience in real estate in general. I highly recommend!
