Cailyn is professional and has been responsive to my questions during my transition moving into my apartment. I am happy to have a nice apartment. My name is Tyler Cardwell. I am using a second google account to make sure my review can be seen. Entrust Property Solutions is the absolute worst. They tried to scam me out of 100s of dollars, I ended up taking them to court and the owner of my rental ended up withdrawing all of his properties from Entrust Property Solutions. When discussing the matter over the phone I was hung up on by a younger lady multiple times, so I drove up the office to see if they kept that same energy. As I walk in I see them scamming 2 elderly women telling them they are adding 100+ dollars a month onto their monthly

Absolutely awful management. The property isn't taken care of, the office is impossible to get ahold of, and there is no communication ever about anything. We did not find out how to get the keys to our unit until the literal day of. The apartment was not cleaned before we moved in, there were roaches in the unit and in the hall. Our A/C was broken when we moved in (in july) and it took a full month to get it replaced with no communication on why it was taking so long or any idea if it was being done at all. Very unprofessional. Tried contacting them for days and days before they would answer the phone and voice messages are seldom returned. They Inform you they will look into an issue and it’s a week before returning your call, if at all. Added fees to rent that were not stated in the lease agreement and were unwilling to remove them. I was never notified of these fees until they showed up on my bill, even though I had spoken to the office several times and they told me all was fine. Total scam!!!!

I’ve had terrible experiences with the management and they have been so hard to get ahold of. I’ve had two leases with Entrust now. My first lease at Galloway Creek Lofts was great up until our air conditioning went out for almost a month and it took two weeks for them to even bring us a portable AC unit. Once we had it in our apartment after two weeks of sleeping in 85+ degrees - our electric bill skyrocketed and they didn’t offer any compensation for it going out. I recently moved into a studio and there was mold all in the ceiling and it took awhile for them to even come and “fix”
