We are now pre-leasing Magers WestEdge located on the corner of Kimbrough & Madison, on the west edge of Missouri State University. The newly renovated Village Center offers the most reasonable rent of any center with its type of exposure on Campbell Street in Springfield, Missouri. Located on East Battlefield Street, this is a highly desirable SE Springfield office location.
Magers Management Company is currently offering four apartment buildings, Madison Vue, The M @ 414, West Edge, and Hollands Edge for Missouri State University students. We have multiple units that have been newly constructed or renovated. All locations are on the westside of MSU and are close enough to walk in most cases.
These rules and regulations are a binding part of your lease. A violation of any of these rules may be considered a failure to honor our lease obligations, and consequently, you may be considered in default and subject to legal action under the lease and the law. These rules are subject to change. Rent is due on or before the first day of each month.
