Not only were they super understanding to our situation, all of our maintenance requests have been promptly addressed and fixed appropriately. They have worked with us when it came down to having a tough month and have been honest, upfront, and kind since the day I called to inquire about a property. On top of all of this- they have a tenant portal allowing rent to be paid online or even set up for automatic payments as well as requesting maintenance. Hands down, the best!

We called to look at a property and immediately submitted applications for the property after attending the showing but when we called to follow up after hearing nothing from the company for 3 days we were told one of the applications vanished into thin air causing us to lose our spot in line on the property. This was clearly a technical issue that they were not interested in clearing up for us or helping us out with at all. The owner of the company called me a liar and the lady who answers the phone was more willing to argue with me than help me get the issue resolved. They did at least refund

We made an appointment to view two homes with this company. We traveled all of the way from St Louis with our toddler to view these homes on a weekend, as we are relocating. They failed to notify us until we were standing outside the the home at the scheduled appointment time that one of the homes had already been rented out that week (and that was only after I texted them) and they only let us know through a text message the night before at 9:30pm that the other one had also been rented out. Very frustrating.
