In response to the owners comment on Ashlee Fox’s review Ashlee was the initial point of contact and the phone tour was not followed through with Ashlee and there were no bad road conditions at that point. I was able to reach them a few days later for a reschedule which they continued to reschedule over and over. We were on a month to month lease not a year lease as you have claimed. Our landlord tried to contact you several times receiving no returned phone call. He was also aware 45 days prior to our move when we were only required to give 30 days notice. I am self employed and make $3,000

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They literally wasted a month of my time. My boyfriend and I are moving from out of state they told us they would video call repeatedly never did. Told us we were the only applicants on the house and to fill out and pay for the application which we did. We were coming from out of state to view this house she set up an appointment for us to do so and then without any word the house is no longer available. Not a word from her still telling us she rented it to someone else. Very unprofessional at least step up and be honest with people stop wasting people’s

I’m not really one who goes out of there way to write reviews, but after my experience with Drury pm, I just had to express my level of satisfaction. Harleigh was there to assist us every step of the way. She took absolute awesome care of us, she ensured that everything was completely in a timely manner, on top of the fact that she was very responsive during the entire process. My wife and I are very please with the entire experience, and will definitely look to Harleigh for our next home.

Do not. I REPEAT DO NOT rent from Drury Property Management. They will gouge you and then screw you after the move out; all while their front desk brat laughs in your face. You would be better off living under a bridge than in a DPM property.
Pay attention to the themes of the negative reviews and realize how many people they screw out of security deposit. I was charged $300 for carpet cleaning, only problem? The entire house was hardwood without a thread of carpet.

The Drury Team was incredible to work with! Harleigh helped me every step of the way making the transition to move into a new home super easy for me and my family. Dawn made the paperwork that would normally be daunting and intimidating, super easy and put me at ease. I can’t say enough great things about those two!

We rented from Drury Property Management for 7 years. I've rented for many years during my life, I've never had a better experiance with a landlord/property manager. Dawn & her amazing team were always professional & super friendly, they were very quick to respond to phone calls or any maintenance requests. The tenant portal made paying rent or any other communications extremely convenient.
We feel we were treated with respect & genuine care for our privacy whenever DPM had to enter our home. We were treated fairly when terminating our lease & the return of our deposit. I honestly can't think
