I used this property manager for 4-5 years. Initially, it seemed great, but over time we had issues. Repairs were completely forgotten about once (which I did get for free, at least), and there were multiple times there was miscommunications between the employees, between each other, and myself. Often times the employees don't know the answers to your questions. When I decided to sell my home, rather than continue renting, literally everything that was damaged, and should have been tenant responsibility, was pushed into the "normal wear and tear category." We own a rental and are looking to switch management companies. We reached out to this company on a Monday and was told the owner could not speak with me until Friday (shows how much they want the business), and we set up a phone consultation apt.
Not only did the owner or anyone reach out to me to tell me they cancelled the apt, they made no effort to reschedule. They had my phone number. The time came and went and no call. Later I log on to the app to look for other companies and I see they canceled the apt through the app. Really?? I wasn't even worth a Courtesy call??

Laughable customer service. We have been in a unit no more than a month and started seeing roach babies in our kitchen. Cleanliness is a virtue of mine and I've never lived in a space occupied by roaches. My wife placed a call to the company and was told that it was our responsibility. It's obvious that the roaches were there prior to our move in. It would've been nice had they sprayed in advance of us moving in.
