Our residential property management team provides 24/7 support to our local and out-of-state, out of country investors and property owners and helps them to manage their tenants and invest in North Carolina! We have not only helped hundreds of investors discover and manage properties, but we have also taken over the daily maintenance so they can focus to invest and get the highest return for their time!
We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM www.narpm.org). We ensure all showings are Agent assisted. No property access is granted unless the prospective tenant is accompanied by a licensed Agent. We use security code lockboxes on each property so that other Agents do not have to sign out a key at our office.
A Rental Market Analysis is essential in determining the projected rental income for a real estate investment property as well as offering an approximate number of days on the market prior to leasing. The analysis is based on recent rental activity and includes comparable properties in the neighborhood that are currently listed for lease or leased recently.

Refolio Properties manages our townhome and we could not be more pleased with their services. Refolio Properties managed our property for several years. Our property was 15+ years old. Occasional repairs and regular maintenance were expected. Our property manager, Angel, was very helpful in coordinating the work orders and keeping the costs reasonable. The monthly owner statements and rental income always arrived on time and accurate. We've had some bad rental experiences from private owners. We found a lovely home managed through Refolio Properties. I can't say enough great things about them. Their responsive and will do everything they can to get an answer for you ASAP. Angel has been wonderful to work with and I love that there's a middleman between our family and the owner. It makes requests so much easier to handle. They use certain systems to make submitting property issues easy and I have always received a response within 24 hours. We can pay our rent online, saving postage.
